It was a real pleasure to visit this store. The staff greet you with a smile and are very helpful, in particular Chloe 85. Nothing was too much trouble in helping me find the right perfume and she truly understands customer service. I thoroughly recommend a visit to this store where you will receive perfect service.

Employee appreciation review because Tatiana went above and BEYOND! I am a repeat customer but I still very much rely on the lovely people in store to help me as the selection is hard to navigate without the knowledge behind the range (it’s just numbers on a wall really!) I bought 3 bottles, one of every size, and my friend got 1 and they were kind enough to give us a tiny bottle (empty) for free to refill and have in my handbag. The perfumes are excellent in terms of price and they linger for ages. I took Tatiana’s name in case Management are reading because a raise is very much deserved! Due to the product range the sales are made or broken with the people in store so investing in staff to keep them there longer is definitely the way to go.

I was able to find clones of Creed Aventus and Bleu De Chanel. Excellent performance, great projection, and affordable. Will return for refills. Also, 10/10 service from staff.

The staff were really helpful and kind. They didn’t have the dupe of something I wanted and he looked up the notes and found me a better perfume! Great customer service and not pushy. Prices are good too!

So happy I have found them. Can't believe how well they mimicked the scent of my favourite perfume. Now I've got a vegan version of it, perfectly sized for travelling! Cannot recommend them enough, and their perfumes would make great presents as well.

Been coming here for years, since they had a shop in Hove. I've had hit and miss experiences. I've tried about 5 or 6 perfumes now over the years, the refilling service and experiences with the staff and products. Their range is extensive, and really fantastic. It's great that they're vegan and don't use nasty chemicals. The bottles are eco-friendly and the refill service is innovative and forward-thinking for the planet. However, a number of things to comment on as to why they receive a 3 star review. 1. The perfumes do not last nearly as long on the skin as the branded perfumes. This can of course be due to many reasons such as the lack of (gross) skunk bum essense, your own skin profile and also the specific perfume you've purchased. In general, the Lady Million lasts the longest but still cannot compare to the branded one. The floral ones do not last. 2. The refill service. A fantastic concept that has worked well in general for me. After being a customer for many years, and refilling the bottles time and time again I was disappointed to find that one of the pumps on my nearly full perfume had stopped working. I went to this store to ask them what to do - maybe they could fix it or give me a replacement pump head. I was met with allegations that I must have done something to this to break it, and clearly it was not their product or pump. Obviously being surprised I gently reminded the gentleman I have been a customer for many years, I'm not asking for a whole new refill or any credit, I just want a pump to use the product I already have. He seemed very angry and tried to charge me £5, to which I refused and said I have been paying for all these perfumes for years. Reluctantly, after a few back and forth I received another pump for free but was told clearly I shouldn't come back (!!!) expecting anything else for free. Obviously I was shocked but I haven't had to go back for anything else but refills and its been fine. I was just upset with that situation as at the time I had 5 bottles of perfume that I was regularly refilling, and just wanted to use the product I paid for. 3. I received a branded perfume for Christmas, and it just can't compare to these. I had forgot how long I should expect perfume to last. It is amazing and I really enjoy spraying perfume that makes me feel confident and smells good again. If Eden Perfumes could last longer, it would be fantastic! I will still be recommending Eden as a perfume company if they are interested in natural products and vegan but other than that I may not come here again except to use a gift voucher I have received.

Visited here on Wednesday very impressive well presented shop. I carnt believe how well the scents mimic the high Street brands they smell just like the real thing. And as there made without all the nasty chemicals. Most big name brand fragrances leave me with a allergy rash, however these don't. The only downside to them is the don't last half as long but still well worth the money. Was a little disappointed with the assistant behind the counter, she wasn't welcoming at all and very hard to interact with. Also hard to understand as when she did speak it was very quiet. But very happy with my purchases.
