Wonderful service from Charuvee today :) , couldn’t have been more helpful and polite, we even had a laugh and she got me sorted with this amazing new mascara and a new shade of foundation ready for summer :) . Always a pleasure going into Mac in Brighton. Staff are so friendly, Knowledgeable and always helpful. Able to buy refillable eyeshadows in a palette in colours I want and use. Great products with a special thank you to Charlie. Wish I lived nearer 🙂

I've been into this MAC store in Brighton loads! Charuvee has served me many times and is always incredibly helpful! I was so pleased to see they were in when I came in today! Charuvee helped me to get some of my regular products (they also remembered what I bought last time, even I forget the names/shades 😂) and showed me all the Black Friday deals. I stocked up on a few items I wear every day and was SO pleased with everything new I got too! Can't thank them enough! ❤️

I was served by Saint today and my lord, he was amazing. Normally feel a bit alien in a make store surrounded by lots of products I've never heard of but today was a really enjoyable experience. Saint was so helpful, an absolute asset to the store. Learnt lots, feeling confident with the products I brought and the winged eyeliner he did for me is just marvelous. Thankyou Saint.

Wow awesome experience. I came to Brighton for a wedding so needed a makeup artist unfortunately Mac was booked but I was seen too by a lovely lady called Becky who wet over and beyond to cater to my needs. She gave me all I needed to pull off a flawless look. Becky is an asset to Mac. Thanks once again. I’ll be back .

Went in to get some colour correcter and concealer to hide the 5'oClock shadow , was very hesitant as never really done make up stuff before and dont know much about makeup Great customer service Did corrector and concealer and some foundation on one side of my face for me and wrote down how it worked and the steps they did , were really nice and offered for me to come back where they do one to one sessions & gave me there phone number if I needed any help or questions and made me feel welcome :) 5* would recommend

really love this store and the area it is in. The products are good quality and even though they are expensive, it's worth it for what you get. staff are friendly and the store is usually quite quiet. would recommend the matte lipsticks!

Brighton branch is super calm and friendly! Super helpful staff who let you browse at your own lesuire and try on as many product as you like. A miracle as London branches are always offputting due to how busy it gets. Only bad thing is that I can't stop purchasing their lipsticks now due to how zen it is in there (and they're the only lipsticks that actually stay on). New powdered range has some lovely nudes.

The wonderful MAC has come to Brighton at last! High quality products, not expensive for what you get. For those who don't know this is Make-up Art Cosmetics and it's a Canadian company. The staff are helpful and do not push to sell, they are make-up artists so can advise on what suits and application too.
