I came in yesterday to get some foundation which wasn't in stock. The amazing staff said they could order it for delivery the following day. Wasn't convinced it would arrive on a Sunday but got it ordered anyway and less the 24hours later its here. Brilliant service thank you.

We were in there for 30 minutes and neither of the staff offered to help us once. We heard all about their weekend plans though.

Staff could not be more helpful or friendly. Small store, but they pack a lot in. Lots of products, mainly for Women, but they do have a small men’s section. Nice range of candles. The products aim at the higher end of the market. If you want a real treat and have the cash, this is the place to go to.

The staff in this store are incredibly helpful! I’m not sure of the name of the staff member who assisted me today (Young,blonde,glasses) but she made me feel very welcome and had an interest in what items I needed! Thankyou!

Recently visited the store on a trip to Brighton I have never experienced such amazing service every member of staff was so polite helpful and full of knowledge the store and the team are a credit to their manager who I believe is called Marie I look forward to shopping there again in the future

Really nice store, lovely sophisticated and knowledgeable staff. Only flaw is that they did not have a lot in stock but was still able to order in store to collect so not too much of a problem.
