I had so much fun! Chelsie was fantastic - warm and welcoming and fun to chat to. She was very knowledgeable, explaining every step and helped me to create the most perfect colour lipstick. I loved it so much I went back again during my trip and did a lipgloss and another lipstick for my mum! It’s such an excellent concept and the customisation options are great. The finished product looks high end and high quality, and the formulas are beautiful. The fact that you can reorder your custom formula when you run out and have it sent to you is also an amazing touch. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone, and it would also make the perfect gift. Thank you so much Chelsie for such a lovely experience, I will 100% be back (again!!!) ❤️

Can not recommend Chelsie and her services highly enough. 6 of us spent the afternoon with her making custom lipsticks and the experience was amazing! She is passionate, knowledgeable and a lot of fun. Worth the drive from London and we will be back!

We have visited the Lip Lab in Brighton a couple of times over the last few months and have really enjoyed the experience both times. Chelsie is very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about the makeup. On the first visit my mum made her own red lipstick with Chelsie, being able to choose the base, colour, scent makes it completely customisable and unique. The lipstick also lasts really well. On the second visit we asked Chelsie to colour match a lipstick that had been discontinued from another brand - Chelsie was able to replicate the exact shade! I would definitely recommend Lip Lab - perfect as a gift or if you’re looking for a creative/fun afternoon!

Highly recommend a visit to the LipLab in Brighton. Just from walking past the store I was intrigued, I am so glad I decided to pop in to find out what they are all about. As a huge fan of lipstick I was seriously really excited to find that I could make my very own shade. After giving a rough description of the colour I was after, the mixing process started. I was able to say exactly what I wanted - lighter/darker etc. It was honestly incredible. I had such a good time I decided to come back with a friend to make another lipstick and a foundation - yes they do foundation too. My foundation is incredible and matches my skin colour and needs perfectly. This wont be my last visit here - the lipsticks are long lasting, and the colour is amazing. If you are ever in Brighton - this is the place to head to! Thank you again for a wonderful experience, see you soon!

My daughter and I visited yesterday and had custom made lipsticks made, what a great experience ! The lipstick is perfect and so fascinating watching it being made and changed to suit us . Fantastic concept and excellent products. Chelsie was very friendly and welcoming. She is passionate about what she does and very knowledgeable. She mixed me up my perfect nude liquid lipstick. It wasn’t drying and stayed in place. I’ve since been back and asked her to replicate my favourite lipstick into a liquid lipstick. The absolute bonus is that it’s all cruelty free, I have a lot of old lipsticks from companies that I’ve since discovered are not cruelty free so if I want that colour again I can now ask Chelsie to mix it up for me. Brilliant!

Can’t recommend enough! I have problematic skin and had a foundation made up for me that not only is the perfect coverage and colour that I got to choose myself but also has benefits to help my skin in it! It also feels super clean and covid friendly in store. You get to see the process of your make up being made which is really cool too! Perfect for Christmas and birthday gifts.

I had a lipstick made for me by the Lip Lab and I love it! It’s colour texture smell is fantastic also the colour stays on very well so it’s long lasting. Good solid packaging which I like as hate flimsy lip stick cases. Excellent customer service & delivery. I love it so much I have a matching gloss on its way to me as I type! I think The Lip Alan custom lip colours will be my new addiction! Ps. I got my custom lip stick made to order via Instagram messenger so you don’t need to Visit the shop if you don’t live in the area as I dont but I’m visiting the shop in Brighton soon but don’t let that stop you ordering your own bespoke lip colours! This is a fantastic concept & service. 💄💋💄💋

Knowing very little on arrival to the shop, Chelsea showed her extensive knowledge of all of her products and made me feel very welcome. finding out that all the products are animal friendly was a MASSIVE bonus, as it's nice to see a company finally taking control of this, without a decline in product quality i might add. I worked with chelsea and got my girlfriend a customised lipgloss and foundation which she has said they're the best she has had. So if you're in the market for the great quality products at an amazing price, alongside Impeccable customer service you should give this place a visit! thanks to Chelsea and the team.

I loved it! The ladies working there were so kind and friendly. I got a lipgloss and I was able to control the amount of shine, colour & scent. I got to see everything myself and could adapt the gloss to my perfect shade. You can also customise the name which is so creative! If you are thinking of going... DO!!!! ❤️

Couldn’t recommend this place enough amazing customer service the girls were so polite, helpful and knew what they were talking about. They knew exactly what colour I was after, so happy with the results and my new lip colour.
