Friendly service and not too long a wait for an appointment. I had my ears vacuumed to remove wax. It was stubborn so had to go back for a repeat treatment, but no extra charge. The audiologist seemed diligent and knowledgeable. Price competitive with other clinics.

Really excellent service ! Cannot be faulted in any way ! I attended with my mother who is in her 80s and needed wax removed from her ears before she could being fitted for a new hearing aids. All the staff were extremely friendly, there was no waiting and the clinic itself was extremely pleasant and very convenient - we even had disabled parking right outside. The service was excellent, and very professional and was extremely good value for money - some of the prices we had been quoted from other clinics were much, much higher than we would have expected (some were more than 5 times as expensive as Imperial Hearing, can you believe it ? ) but the price at Imperial Hearing was excellent. The next time I, or my mother need anything done with our ears, we will go there, as I can't imagine how a better service could be provided anywhere. I thoroughly recommend them, especially if you are elderly. On top of this, we booked an appointment online, and someone phoned us back within 30 minutes to arrange the details, and the entire appointment booking process was excellent. Some of the other places we had contacted kept us waiting for a long time in a telephone queue, and a few other places didn't replay to our emails until the next day, or not at all. In summary, the entire experience was extremely pleasant, from start to finish, from booking the appointment, to arriving early and not having to wait, to the actual procedure. The definitely deserve all 5 stars and I really can't recommend them enough.

Have recently purchased a pair of hearing aids from Cotswold Hearing, which have been absolutely wonderful. I am extremely pleased, but not so much as my partner, who thinks that not having to repeat everything twice, is worth every penny. My original consultation and the after service by Leigh coluld not have been better. He is very attentive and took note of all my requirements. I could not ask for better service. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone.
