A very smart idea, what was a very decent public house, now a shop and top notch cafe. Plenty of parking, great staff and service. Very well decorated and very pleased to see that it hasn't become housing or HMO like many of the pubs in the area. Well done to all and I hope it goes from strength to strength! Well worth a stop for a hot drink, snack and look at the shop.

After searching the internet for hand wash in a beautiful dispenser..this company popped into images..and my search was over. I ordered the rose petal and the milk hand washes..absolutely delighted with them. Having spent 3 weeks renovating our ensuite the rose petal was the perfect addition to our little bit of frou-frou..I thought the price was spot on for such a well designed dispenser which is of course reusable. A generous 500ml. In a world of troubled times..it’s the little things that keep us going…my feedback to the company would be two fold..I would like to have refills of the hand wash available and I would like a matching hand cream in the same size to sit along side the hand wash. Finally..it would be nice to have Somerset on the label..it’s the most adorable place to live..thanks for creating these gorgeous products..I love them…

The perfect place for lunch. All very clean and Covid secure, quick, friendly service, delicious food and coffees at great prices and a spacious outside area as well as inside. A shop as well with lots of great gift ideas. We will be returning!

I live my products purchased from the Somerset Toiletry company I read on one of the social media sites for women about the Rose scented handcream and since the old fashioned Rose is my favourite scent I purchased the hand cream.... Not disappointed. Smells exactly like a true British rose scent and thick and creamy this is a nourishing cream. I also purchased the rose petal luxury candle which is beautifully scented and two of the floral bouquet luxury rose scented soaps too No need for air freshener in your bathroom as the soap fills the room with a wonderful rose scent

Excellent choice of quality products on this website, I particularly like the 'Aromas Artisanales de Antigua' products, and I have recently purchased a couple of gift sets and several other items from this range. I always use the handcream (dry NHS hands) and highly recommended it. The website is easy to navigate, well laid out and informative, plus some very good discounts across the site. Very happy with all the soaps I have bought from this company. Some as gifts (especially those in a tin) and for our own use. The triple milled ones don't go soft and last for ages....gorgeous scents. Love the pumpkin one for the family bathroom. (Tho we had to cut it in two! )

Opening at the height of a pandemic is so hard but it is wonderful having such a great shop and Cafe on my doorstep! The whole place is beautifully decorated - I love the bubble lights! and deserves to do well. The shop is full of wonderful things, ideal for gifts for all occasions and then after the shopping there is the coffee shop, serving delicious coffee. As for the cakes, all made on site, the ones I have tried are delicious. I will definitely be recommending this to all my friends.

I’m absolutely loving The Somerset Toiletry Company. A friend recently gave me some Lily of the Valley hand cream. Unlike many hand creams, it absorbs quickly, with no stickiness and has a lovely fragrance. When I’d used it all, I assumed it would be too expensive to replace. Later, out of curiosity, I looked on line and found it was only £3.95. A little goes a long way, so I bought three and ended up giving them as presents to two delighted friends and my mum, who loved it too. I was even happier to find other fragrances: Lavender and Lemon Verbena. The Somerset Toiletry Company’s service is fast, efficient and personalised. I was even more impressed to find the packaging, which looks like polystyrene, is biodegradable, dissolves in water and can be put on the garden! Very impressed all round and would totally recommend this company and product!

I ordered some soaps, shower gel, body lotion, bath soak and hand cream as a present . I was pleasantly surprised with the packaging as they all arrived in a nice box with the company logo on it. Went in for a spot of late lunch. Had a panini which was lovely and a latte which was again lovely. Also has a few bits to get for birthdays which was very handy because the soap store is right next to the café. Their products are such a nice gift for people or a great treat for yourself!

What a fantastic company! Just received my first order and tried out what I bought and pleasantly surprised. Great prices, lovely range of products and delivery? Well that was just fabulous; delivery fee (considering I live at least 300 miles away) was so cheap and really fast. Other companies should take note. Products contain no parabens, no SLES, vegan friendly and not tested on animals. I highly recommend.

Lovely quirky place lots of very different products competitive prices. Cafe is good small menu but very well thought out. The food we had was tasty & well presented.

I love that this is a family run business & I’ll be happy to shop with them online again - the Naturally European hand cream is the only one I’ve found to keep my hands feeling moisturised at the same time of feeling great - and the cost of this item with this company was the most competitive I could find. Excellent product. I bought the Verbena hand wash at Rosemoor and was so pleased with it that I ordered more and the freesia and pear as well. With lots of hand washing my hands were getting sore but this product has stopped that. I also think that it is very good value compared to other well known companies who sell a similar product for twice the price.

Triple Milled Soap Collection - ordered 3 sets and the only fragrances you get are Rose Petal, Lavender and Lily of the Valley. 5 other fragrances are advertised, but you are very unlikely to get them. Be warned.

I called into this excellent café and shop (that was obviiullsy a pub that has been converted and has kept many of the features of the pub) I had an excellent tea and cake - an excellent end to the days walking before going home I ordered at the bar and this was delivered to the table Remember to pay on the way out Luckily there are bus stops directly by this place so is very public transport orientated Good to see that the building has been converted to some other use Open from 10.00 am to 1600 Monday to Sunday
