Visited the Cardiff store today and had amazing customer service from Olivia. She gave me and my daughter a lovely arm massage and was friendly and very helpful. I walked out with my first ever bottle of perfume from Jo Malone. We will definitely go back again. X

Went into the Cardiff store today and had an absolutely outstanding service with Olivia. She pampered my mum and I as a late Mother’s Day gift. She was very knowledgable and a credit to the company. It is our first time shopping here and we will definitely return. The hand and arm massage was absolutely lovely. She made our day. Thank you! Xx

Super long review but I had such a good experience I wanted to share :) Had the BEST experience at Jo Malone Cardiff today! When we got in the store was really welcoming and we were greeted with a smile right away. We were given time to browse alone before we were approached to see if we wanted help. I said I was just having a sniff and browse but would likely need help in a little while. The shop assistant, Melissa checked back in a little later when I was frazzled because I forgot what perfumes I’d sprayed on each tester! She deciphered them for me and then wrote the names on them too. She then stayed with me and helped me decide what perfume might suit me best based on my preferences. Melissa then showed me a few other perfumes based on what I told her I liked. She recommended Dark Amber and Ginger Lily and I can safely say it is the nicest scent I’ve ever smelt. I’ve never smelt something so ‘me’ in my life. I told her that I definitely wanted that one and she told me the sizes and prices. The store was out of stock of the smaller size 50mls but she offered to look online for me so I could order it and get it sent to my house. It was out of stock online too but she did have the 100ml in store. Of course, this was a little pricier and so I wanted a little time to think about it. There was never any pressure to buy it, she let me go away and wander around the store while I had a think and I decided to go for it anyway (it is more than worth the money when you find the perfect signature scent!). I went back to her with my 100ml bottle and she put it through the till for me. Her lovely colleague who’s first name I didn’t catch but their surname was Rogers wrapped it for me so beautifully, and Melissa got me some samples of other perfumes I might like and even set me up an account and saved my perfume preferences. She also told me about the complimentary bridal fragrance appointments offered as I told her I was getting married so I’ll definitely be coming back for that. Apologies for the long review but having worked in retail in the past, I know how important it is for good experiences to be shared, especially at this time of year where retail workers are going through their busiest time! Thank you Melissa and her lovely colleagues at Jo Malone Cardiff! :) xxx

I booked an appointment for the bridal experience with my Mum who regularly uses the products. We had the service with Lily who was absolutely amazing! She helped me pick a fragrance that was suitable to my wedding abroad but also personal to me. Really happy with my purchase and loved the whole evening!

My fiancée and I visited for some wedding perfume and were greeted by a very friendly staff who asked if we wanted to try them on. We went to the stand where the lady washed our arms and applied the perfume and was very friendly asking about our wedding plans and gave amazing advice on what went well on each of or skin. As a man I was nervous at first but was out right at ease and my wife to be enjoyed herself very much. We bought two small bottles and got some complementary cream. Would recommend for any couple before there wedding!
