Absolutely love this store and their staff. A trip to town is not complete without a visit here. When training my new starters in work I would bring them here to show what good customer service looks like. The products are amazing. You can try them in store even the handwash. Well done cardiff store and see you soon for my Christmas stock up.

It's expensive. But you pay for what you get. I needed to get "nice smellies" for my wife and knew from past experience that if I bought something here she would be extremely pleased. It took me quite a while to select the products I wanted, because the selection is so varied. The staff were polite, as always, offering advice when I requested it, not at all forceful. My selection was gift wrapped impressively, and my final words were "I'll see you soon". If she's worth it then you'll call in here.

Usually I love shopping here but today felt very different. Having spent quite a lot of money I felt rushed and I was an intruder rather than a customer. There was as only one lady at the front the other lady was in the back, they were obviously interrupted by me during what must have been an interesting conversation. It was quite early so the shop was not that busy 🤔

Started the Xmas shopping. Bought some lush gift sets, wrapped so nicely don't even have to do anything just hand them over 😊 fab little area to try the hand washes. Smelt lovely leaving 😅

Very helpful staff. Great products at a reasonable price. 1st class service. Highly recommended. The reason I'm dropping it down by one star is I felt I was abit rushed in store. I understand that we are currently experiencing hard times and a sudden change due to covid-19 but show a little respect to your existing customer base.

Great place for a Christmas gift for that person you can't think if what else to but them. Probably the best shower gels you can buy and helpful staff who will wrap gifts.
