Brilliant shop with lovely staff who are so knowledgeable and friendly. David was amazing and looked after me so well. It’s well worth asking about the products you are interested in as they all seem to have such an interesting story behind them. Will definitely be coming back to swap my empties for a face mask and have another browse!

I love lush and unfortunately there isn't one near me in Burton so when I'm Derby I'm there 100% rate this place to people who like to amp up there bath experience not just for baths though the body sprays are to die for and the lip balm especially the rose lollipop one got rid of my dry lips and they last for a while. Shout out to Niharika she always helps me when I'm there, all staff are just so friendly. I do have a few recommendations if your first time buyer the bubble bars are worth the money all fragrances are amazing I enjoy comforter the most 😊😊❤️❤️✨️✨️

My best friend and I came to lush in Derbion this afternoon and received the most absolute royal treatment from Rose! She made us feel so welcome and we knew from the moment she approached us that we were in good hands! She not only helped us choose some bath bombs for Christmas gifts but also told us all about the Lush Spas and the amazing treatments they offer! She was very knowledgeable and happy to tell us about the treatments We’re planning to book one together as soon as we decide which of the wonderful treatments to go for and we’re so excited for the experience! All the staff throughout the party came up to the birthday girls and made such a fuss out of them, and made them feel so special. I visited Lush the other day for the very first time, and I was really surprised and happy that everyone was lovely, kind, nice, and welcoming. One of the staff, Amera, recommended some products that suit my skin type, and I absolutely love them. I really enjoyed the 'Me Time Session' run by Miche. She was amazing, lovely, full of energy and sweet. I hope that Lush Derby will run more workshops or sessions more often. Thank you for the great experience :)

I came into this store yesterday to pick up a few things and have a look around but also was feeling a little anxious and Lush is defo a place to relax into because the staff are so welcoming. I got greeted by a lovely staff member called Michelle who spent almost 2 hours with me pampering me with body scrubs, butters and lotions. Trying out new products and giving me samples to take home. She was so friendly and relaxing to be with and she totally got the stuff I was looking for right. It was so lovely to spend my afternoon with her and leave the store feeling happy. The best experience I’ve ever had in a lush store. (Derby shopping centre) I was helped by a lovely lady called Lauren who was so kind, friendly and really approachable. Lauren was full of knowledge about the products and helped me with some testers for my hair as I was feeling a little overwhelmed with all of the great products to choose from. The customer service at Lush is always fantastic but I just thought my visit today warranted a little special review... I had the most delightful experience thanks to Lucas who approached me as soon as I entered and greeted me in a very welcoming and warm manner. I instantly felt very comfortable and told him I was shopping for a secret santa gift. Lucas kindly asked some questions about who I was shopping for and listened attentively at my answers after which he took me around the store and gave me some excellent recommendations. He was clearly very knowledgeable about all of their products and as a result I felt in very capable hands the entire time. I'm a miserable old man. I came here to buy my partner some stuff for valentines day. I really, really, really don't care about bath bombs. The staff member was very friendly, and I can't fault their enthusiasm, but I didn't need to hear the entire history of every bath bomb in the store. 😅 I ended up getting one of their bath bomb boxes, which had some lovely wrapping. Some kind of body butter also. They were a big hit with my girlfriend. So thanks for that, Lush. Just chill on the sales pitch a little.

Had a delightful visit on Wednesday afternoon (2nd Feb) thanks to Emily. She was incredibly friendly and greeted me warmly as soon as I started browsing and asked me if I was looking for anything in particular. I had come in with the intention of purchasing some skin care as my skin was feeling a little under the weather recently and needed some TLC. Emily recommended some amazing best sellers and even tried them expertly on my hands so that I was able to get a good feel of how they felt on the skin. One of the products she suggested and tried on me (Angels on bare skin) was unfortunately out of stock as its a best seller but Emily told me that they were getting some more in the very next morning and was even kind enough to pack me up a little sample of it so that I could give it a try for a few days and see it I was happy with it. Also thought it was worth mentioning as a credit to all of the staff at Lush, but as I was at the till after making my purchases and waiting for Emily to pack up the sample for me, not a single staff member walked by without asking me whether I was being served which is really just perfect testimony to how customer-focused and lovely the entire team are. It's always such a pleasure to shop there and it really is the amazing team that make the experience so enjoyable and heart-warming. I have been trying out all of the products recommended and purchased from Emily these last few days and I must say I am LOVING them so far! My skin feels so much smoother, healthier and incredibly pampered! I am looking forward to coming in again soon to purchase Angels on Bare Skin before my sample runs out!!

I also picked up 2 massage bars, for those who are into massage the lush bars are great and stay oily for long enough but then soak into the skin to provide a lasting soft feel without feeling greasy. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love the products there!! They have such a wide range of scents and even flavours! They're customer service is impeccable, especially the person who helped me, Aman, she was incredibly friendly and helped me choose what I wanted very well. I often go there for facial products, especially since I often find trouble finding natural ingredient cosmetics and not only do they fight animal testing and most of their ingredients are natural, they really work! I recommend this place for cosmetics/ body care and relaxation products 1000%!

I have just visited Lush to do some last minute Christmas shopping and I have to say, it was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. Firstly I was welcomed in to the store by the wonderful Cha and she asked what I would like. On responses I simply said I am going to raid the gift boxes. She then informed me that they were low in stock (as expected 3 days before Christmas). It was at this point she offered to assist mew round the store. I told her exactly what I needed and she asked a very important questions…. ‘Do you trust me?’ Now this is the first time I had had this question posed to me in this type of setting….. ‘Did I?’ I was asking myself. I quickly reviewed my experience up to that point and I found I did, so, without hesitation I responded……’YES’ She then sat me down, which was helpful as I had a 10 month old to entertain, she then quickly filled a basket full of smelly goodness and promptly told me it was now behind the till, awaiting my payment. On arrival at the till, i was then met by the lovely Emily. She saw they were presents and the assisted me in sorting them and wrapping them in the wonderful set of wraps that were on offer there. Throughout the process we chatted about Christmas (of course) along with festivities and general life chat and despite the store being busy, at no point was she flustered about this and I felt like I was truly valued. It was great and she even ‘spritzed’ my presents, in any other shop I would have raised an eyebrow at this offer, however with my established trust carried over from Cha to Emily, I felt this was the right call. All in all one I will be able to go into the Christmas period further extending my praise of this wonderful shop. Thank you to all of those involved. Merry Christmas!!!!

Great place to go for a bath time treat, this place is definitely stacked with all the scents you can think of, and some you can't. It's a shop where you can get gifts of just treat yourself, with knowledgeable staff that are so happy to help you will be looking forward to a bath as soon as you get home. I had an absolutely delightful experience today at Lush Derby, I was served by a lovely lady named Michelle and her colleague Scott, after initially having absolutely no idea what to purchase as a gift for a friend of mine, Michelle immediately showed me around some of her favourite products surrounding the topic of self care, running through the ingredients, benefits and sensation of them on the skin- even into the story of how the product came to be. I left with 3 absolutely gorgeous products which I know my friend will be over the moon with, and even a sample and bath bomb for myself. I really can't recommend Lush and the customer service enough, for the staffs genuine passion and knowledge as well as their warmth and welcome. Michelle really made me feel at home and took the time to ensure I left with a product my friend will genuinely love. Staff are really helpful and if something hasn't worked for you they will try their hardest to find an alternative.they provide good customer service most retail stores can't be bothered but they really make the effort here and are very friendly. Fantastic shop and lovely helpful staff. I hate it when staff are pushy, but the staff in Lush really know how to get the balance. They are helpful and kind, showing you the products, but leaving you alone to make your choices. I attended the Derby Lush store. This was the first time I had ever really been in Lush and did not really know what I was looking for. I had read online reviews about the products at Lush and how great they are with ezcema and as someone who suffers quite badly with ezcema, I thought I would give it a go. I was greeted by Anisha and straight away she was very friendly and willing to help. I explained to her what I was after and right away she showed me the different products that I could use on my skin and did a few demonstrations. She explained to me what was in each product and how I should use it. She also shared with me some of the issues she has had with her skin in the past which I could definitely relate to. At the end, she gave me a couple of samples and told me to try them over the next few days and that if I liked them, I could come back. She told me that she did not want me to purchase anything that I wasn't completely happy with which was refreshing. There was no pressure to buy as she understood that due to my sensitive skin, I would need time to get a feel of the product. This is super long but basically - thank you Anisha!!!

You can always smell a Lush store long before you get there.The only qualms I have with Lush is that the staff pounce on you as soon as you walk through the door, and that the shops aren't easy to navigate round if you use crutches or a wheelchair.
