I experienced an excellent customer experience within the store The lady that served me was extremely pleasant and helpful, taking the time to allowing me to smell A couple of perfumes and offering me her advice on selecting the perfect perfume for my needs. After purchasing my desired perfume she then asked me if I would like it gift wrapped, The perfume was wrapped beautifully and I am it’s extremely happy with the service I received. I will definitely be returning thank you for your help.

I love it every time my partner say we’re going to Doncaster as it always means a visit to Dazzle for perfume treats. The staff are amazing especially the Manageress who is so intune with what people want, you tell her the sort of fragrances you like and she flys around the shelves and comes back with a whole array of different ones for you to try. We both always come away with something new.

The shop manager at the doncaster Frenchgate store was lush and super helpful. Also she really knew the products and helped me on deciding in a fragrance as a gift. All the staff are very friendly and make you feel so comfortable, they don’t rush you in any way and make your shopping experience so much more personal than anywhere else. Every staff member is professional and they all have the knowledge of all their stock to help you make the right choice for you. My number one place for gifts, perfumes , aftershaves. I was served by Nicky today and again outstanding service, she’s incredibly friendly I went in for 1 item I left with 5! I will definitely be returning

Can’t work out how many years I’ve used this shop but it’s a lot!! And for a few good reasons, they are the most friendliest and helpful ladies I always have a laugh and leave with a smile, they have lots of amazing products and some very good prices! And a lovely selection of lashes 😁 I wish more shops were like this one, they all deserve a treat and a payrise! I hope the owners know it’s the ladies that make the store even more than the stock! Every single time I go in to see the ladies. Nicky today served me and as always, smiling always happy to see me, always put the customers first! There’s no question every time I go in. This has got to be my favourite shop in Frenchgate. The girls are amazing especially Nicky who always goes that extra Mile to help. OMG!!! Found this gem of a place yesterday. Packed with loads of items at great prices. I was buying hair dye and Pauline and the manageress were so helpful and took time over serving me.They obviously love their customers.
