It was wonderful and here is why. It was my first trip outside since contracting Covid in Nov 22. It left me on life support and when I woke from the Coma, I couldn’t walk or talk. It’s been a long road and I still use crutches. Liv, the lady who served us went well beyond great service. She knew her products and we left with our treats and some lovely samples to try. Liv gifted me a bath bomb, I was so moved by that, that when we left, we all felt like we had made a friend and I will certainly become a more regular customer as mobility dictates. Really made my day! Thanks Liv and Lush !

Best Lush shop I’ve been too. Staff were so helpful, friendly and very welcoming. I was looking for a gift for someone I didn’t know much about and Abbie went round the store and explained about a few products and helped me to pick out some samples. She had loads of time for us, very friendly and bubbly. She told us what was what, gave some good tips etc and then left us to pick what we wanted so I didn’t feel pressured into getting anything which was lovely! Couldn’t recommend her enough. Thank you so much Abbie!!

The experience I had with my daughter in here last week was above and beyond! Hollie and Emily where so so kind and caring towards my 3 year old who loves lush bathbombs and spoke to her and let her try a bath bomb, feel the Kelly shower gel and just completely made hers and my day. I was able to look at items with out my daughter attached to me and she had the best time! I can't thank these guys enough for what they did honestly the most incredible experience there!

Great experience Nipped into Lush after I finished work as I had not been in a lush in a very long time and just wanted to look at some products, I spoke to Lucy L who recommended the magic crystals and the body conditioner, extremely informative about the two products and also gave me a demonstration, to which absolutely sold on the products, really lovely person, friendly and great at her job! I love Lush anyway and particularly love Snow Fairy body spray. Your shop accommodated a lovely making and pamper session for a special needs pupil that I work with. Just been into Lush Doncaster and right from the start the staff are there for you. Me and my girlfriend went inside to buy a couple of bath bombs each, the lovely Liv walked us through a whole range of products and answered all our questions. She was very kind and welcoming. Liv showed us a demonstration of the facial cleanser bar, she was very gentle and very well knowledgeable on all the products. Liv really made the visit special and memorable and left me wanting to return. She made us happy and really made our day. Thank you Liv. You are amazing! All the staff at Lush Doncaster are amazing!

I always enjoy visiting Lush however it can be sometimes quite a challenge when shopping with my younger children. Yesterday I visited Lush and was amazed but the outstanding service that was provided by the team. Abbie took my younger children around the shop exploring and they loved putting the bath bomb into the water, they certainly did go above and beyond. Another showed me and my eldest daughter through a range of products. They were extremely knowledgable and friendly and listened greatly to our needs. I am not sure of their name but they had some very colourful ink. They recommended the Dream Cream and I have used it twice and already noticed a great difference. 👍❤️

I like the products however I do find some expensive. However you notice when it's not a holiday because the store is pretty much empty, which makes it really awkward when you go in as the staff jump on you.

Went in on Sat 7th August. Had a really lovely experience, one lady talked to me about the fresh face masks and even got me a small sample of the new ones I hadn't tried yet. And the lady at the till was also very lovely, nice and chatty, offered me a lush times magazine which was nice and explained what the lush spa is when I asked. Overall lovely experience and they deserve some credit for that. Feel a bit bad I didn't catch their names x

Always friendly staff. Loved it more that nobody asked me if I was okay! Usually you get asked by every person and feel uncomfortable but I was able to walk around a choose my own products without feeling under pressure. All smell out of this world!! So many colours and scents and makes it all 10x better knowing the ingredients are safe. Only bath bomb that turns the colour of the bath a fun colour. 100% recommend may be expensive but you get what you pay for :)

Had chronic dandruff for years and I've spent loads on shampoos like Redken, Wella, Alpecin dandruff killer, Selsun. I've even had prescription shampoos from the doctor and they work for a day or so then it comes back. As I use lush jelly in the shower I asked the girls in the shop for shampoo advice. They gave me a big sample of "superbalm" enough for 2 uses. I bought the soak and float shampoo bar at the same time as the main ingredient is what the dandruff shampoos use in lesser quantities. Anyhow I massaged the balm in and it was like a hair wax and had a smell that wasn't good or bad. It says leave for 20 mins but I left it in overnight. Next morning I washed it out with the soak and float shampoo and it washed out very easily and left my head flake free and feeling great. 5 star products if you have bad dandruff as I did. Now I only wash my hair twice a week and use the balm once a week. I am truly amazed by the results as nothing works this good in all the products I've tried. Also the girls in the shop are really friendly and genuine. They know their stuff and have helped cure me of a 10 year mega dandruff problem.

Lush at Doncaster is brilliant. Everything smells amazing and if your not sure whether to buy, staff are happy to whip out a bowl of water and use a product right off the shelf to show you it/let you smell it in action. The shop is packed to the roof with amazing products and the staff are passionate, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about all of them. If you have sensitive skin or an allergy to a certain ingredient, they will point you to an appropriate product for you. Simply amazing.
