Places to go if you are in Kingsgate shopping centre in Dunfermline. This Boots is not massive like princess Street Edinburgh but has its own perks.

Had my eye test a couple of weeks ago and was advised I needed new glasses. I have been going to Boots opticians for a good number of years and have always found all the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. There are a large range of frames to choose from and all sorts of options for lenses. Boots are a little more expensive than others but any issues with your glasses are addressed immediately and minor repairs are carried out free of charge.

Friendly staff and a decent range of goods. This Boots is located in the middle of the mall right next to the cafe and a Superdrug. This is the main Boots store for the area of Dunfermline. The times I've been in its steady, but not two busy although the pharmacy side can sometimes have a queue. There is a box for prescriptions to be left so you dont have to wait.

It's a rather easy place to navigate, the isles have signalisation so you can get to whatever you need by reading them, the staff is very helpful and polite, it's rather pricy but, I'm sure that's normal considering the type of store. It doesn't have any smell, it's rather clean. You can pickup prescriptions in a rather timely manner.

I chose the items to purchase but the offer came with a free gift bag and there wasn't any on display. I went to pay for the items and although the young lady rang the bell for assistance, no one came. So she left the counter and was away for around 10 minutes coming back with a bag, finished serving is and then apologised to the people behind us for the delay. Should she not have granted us the same courtesy? Perhaps....

You would think that the morning after pill would take prority over a break seeing as its helping you to not ruin your life. this may seem stupid but i think it should have been a priority.
