I love the brand and the fact that they do not try to Impress the audience with extravagant names... the names of the perfumes are literally the main ingredients! Very friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended!

K. S.My friend and I visited, we were the only 2 people in the store with 2 staff, who were quite helpful but not a lot of stock! Three items that I'd asked for weren't available so will have to order online and even though they weren't busy we weren't offered one of the lovely hand massages.

The assistants couldn't have put me more at ease and we're incredibly helpful, chatty and down to earth. Could have spent ages chatting and taking in the aromas! One of the items I spotted whilst in there was out of stock so I just picked something else. A few days later thought about it again and decided to call the shop. Spoke to Justine, who remembered me, the product was back in stock and she kindly offered to put the item aside for me until I could get in at the weekend. Excellent all round service and very pleasant assistants.
