My favourite store in the world. The products are excellent and have done wonders for my skin. But it's the staff that make this store special. I've been a customer for years and the manager Shona (and a few other members of staff) can tell you my entire skin care routine and the first products I ever bought. They're always happy to give out advice and truly care about my skin. They've helped me heal my skin on numerous occasions, sometimes with the products working in 24 hours. But they'll never sell my a product for the sake of a sale. If a product isn't right for me or won't fix my product, they'll give me different advice rather than just sell me the product. I love these guys so much, I can't buy Kiehl's anywhere else even if it's offer!

Kiehl's products are my favourite, the store is lovely and very dog friendly! Shona the store manager went out of her way to sort a problem for me, you could not ask for better and friendlier service than you get here.

Visited this shop on Friday with my partner and felt compiled to leave a review, following some very good customer service. The woman's name in shop was Shona im unsure what capacity she holds in shop. Shona was helpful, informative took time to go over products/ demonstrations taking into consideration the shop was very busy. This level of customer service is few and far between now days. My partner also received some free samples of products she did not purchase. I topped up on my male products with some great technical input from Shona.
