I had a wonderful shopping experience in the Edinburgh le labo store. The staff (in particular Toni) were warm, friendly and went out of their way to help me. Will most definitely shop there again when I next visit!

This is the nicest Le Labo store I have visited, both in terms of selection (they have all the skincare and candles as well as the discovery sets) and service. Sam was friendly, chatty, and informative- really knew his stuff, and also knew a lot of good places to drink whisky! There was no pressure to buy but he put me in a very good mood so I ended up spending more than I planned (with no regrets!). He gave us a number of samples with my purchases, including one for patchouli, which we never otherwise would have tried (loathing the scent of patchouli). Such a delicious smoky scent. We ended up buying a bottle when we got down to London.

Omg this perfume is amazing. The shop smells so good. The staff member working was incredibly friendly and helpful, really knew his stuff.

Was in today for the first time and was amazed at the selection. The young lady who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable about their stock and prices. I only went in for a couple of samples of santal 33 and bergamot 22. She had both and will be back after Xmas to spend some money. The scents are not cheap but very unique and imo worth the money.
