I popped in yesterday to pick up some bits and bobs and was greeted with the most amazing huge smile and hello (from behind a mask) from a tall gentlemen member of the team. It really did brighten my day. The friendliness continued throughout the store which had a huge range and was very clean and tidy. Thank you for really brightening up a rather dreary day for me you lovely tall human!

Good selection of toiletries, make up etc, and well priced too, I always think. They had quite good offers on perfumes, selling off the unsold Christmas stock. I also like that I can get an eyebrow tidy up etc without an appointment.

An awesome range of cruelty-free products. They're cheaper than other brands and just as good or better quality wise. Vegan shampoos, conditioners, deodorants, handsoap, shaving cream, toothpaste, shower gel, makeup wipes, baby wipes, moisturisers, men's facial products and deodorants, eczema creams, eyecream, anti aging products, body butters, acne products, facial cleansers, handcream and even vegan anti-dandruff shampoo. You can get all your toiletries and beauty products without causing harm to animals + save money. Amazing range and helpful staff.

Love this shop.. The Brow bar is the best no appointment necessary all the staff are great very quick efficient and polite. Especially a lady called Laxmia been going there for over two years always friendly and very competent in her position at the Brow bar!!

I buy my perfumes and toiletries from here. For perfumes, they have a lot of brands ranging from Tom Ford, Issey Miyake, Rihanna, Joop and the rest. I also get discounts with my loyalty and student cards.

Big shop with loads of different brands; first time I came across the brand E.L.F. in real life and immediately bought a couple of things. The cashiers are really polite and helpful!

Good opening hours for popping in before and after work - this is a fairly large store which stocks makeup, toiletries, hair products, first aid, some medications, snacks, gifts etc. It is not a pharmacy so can't sell 'P' products. There is a really large make section which is quite pleasant to browse in, and I can usually find most things I'm looking for. There is a a threading bar right in the middle of the store which I'd be terrified to use incase someone bumped the threaders arm as they were working! Due to the early opening I have found the shop can be quite messy first thing, with boxes being unpacked all over the place, so try not to trip over!
