Hi there A dear colleague of mine has just returned to New Zealand from a visit to Scotland. She's originally from Scotland and speaks lovingly of Arran. She visited your store while she was there a few weeks back and has gifted me some of the After the Rain products (bath and shower gel, body lotion, shampoo and hand soap). I'm so delighted with the products i just had to write and let you know. The lime, rose and sandalwood scent is utterly gorgeous - i can't stop raving about it. You're now famous in New Zealand. Lots to see and smell. Great variety. Lots of the products were very expensive but there were some cheaper gift packs that will be great as stocking fillers this Christmas.

Arran Aromatics is one of my favourite brands whether for a gift or for myself. Lot's changed since the first time I visited Arran Aromatics about six years ago. They changed most of the names and sell more things in plastic bottles (many still in glass though), but the quality of scents is as good as it's always been. Yes it's pricey, but I think it's worth the money. They do different deals from time to time where you can get some pretty decent freebies. And even if you won't buy anything I think it's still worth a visit. You can have your wee ones have a shot at making candles and see a part of the factory. Yes, pups need to stay outside.

I have always loved the Arran products. They smell great and are amazing to use. They are also really affordable. The store it's self is also really lovely, huge selection of products and even a view into the workshop so you can see how they are made. The staff were also very helpful and friendly

Personally, I found the prices too high. I appreciate that a shop like this will inevitably be more expensive than a typical high street or online store. However, the difference seemed too big to me. With that said, the products smelled nice and seemed to be good quality, and it was a nice place for a brief visit.

Fantastic place to visit if you're on the Island of Arran with its many on site made products available for your services, with guided explained product lines before you buy try them. A very impressive showroom for customers with nicely presented merchandise available, first time on the Island but this establishment is well worth the visit would recommend to all who visits.

Really is a very special place to visit and to view the products made by the local people employed by the company. As might be expected there is a full range display and activities for children to enjoy. The staff have a mixed level of knowledge about the use of the products, some very knowledgeable and others more limited. I asked about product use in areas of hard water supply, they had never heard of hard water. Having used the products over the years I find that there pricing is not as competitive as one would expect

Amazing place to visit offering wide arrays of soaps with testers, expensive but good quality and it's what you expect from a local company. I'm on Arran at least once or twice a year and I have to fit in a visit to Arran Aromatics each time. I know they have a place in Glasgow & Edinburgh but this is the original one. Nice to see a family business doing well. I have given four stars only because they used to do a great selection of end of line bargain price price products in the factory shop, but with each visit, they do less and less of these. They do a mean big bar of oat soap that really scrubs! Love it. If you spend over £30 you get entered into the monthly prize draw to win a basket of goodies.

Fine Aromatics on the beautiful Island of Arran. Exceptionally high quality of goods and perfumes, soaps and fragrances for the home, soap factory where the high-end goods are manufactured. Staff are friendly and informative and plenty of souvenirs and gifts to choose from. I will be collecting more goodies from there this Christmas too as I did Christmas just gone . They do not sell arromatic oils anymore which I found strange? As the factory / cottage industry outlet, I thought their prices would be less than the high street shops, but no real difference here sadly.

Getting a little tired but still a must visit. The Arran Aromatics shop has plenty of wonderful smells to take money from your wallet but my favourite place is the cheese shop. You can also buy Arran Dairies icecreme which as a hobby icecreme maker I rate very highly.

Wenn man auf Arran ist sollte man hier einen Abstecher machen. Selbstgemachte Seifen und Cremes zu einem akzeptablen Preis. Allgemein muss man sagen, hab ich selten auf einer schottischen Insel so viele Produzenten für verschiedene Sachen gesehen ( Käse, Bier, Whisky,Seifen etc.). Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. (Translated) If you are on Arran you should make a detour here. Homemade soaps and creams at an acceptable price. In general, I have to say that I have seldom seen so many producers for different things on a Scottish island (cheese, beer, whiskey, soaps etc.). I will definitely come again.
