Alough staff are helpful it's just the lack of staff at the self-service tills and lack of people at the tills.
A. W.Boots is an icon of the High street, easily outmatching its competitors in a multi billion pound industry. It has stores in just about every high street and sells a wide range of pharmaceutical products , beauty items as well as domestic cleaning and health items. It has pharmacies, opticians, therapists and I am sure most of it quite lucrative.

S. S.just visited this store with my boyfriend, was served by Suzanne who was very helpful in assisting us with finding what we wanted. i was after a new perfume but had no idea which one. Suzanne was very knowledgable and helped me find a new one that i love. Overall a lovely member of staff and a pleasant trip to the shop :)
P. S.This new store of theirs is better than their old one - it's easier to find stuff and the fact it's all on one level helps.

B.Nice size store can get what your looking for but snobby staff when looking to purchase a pricy bottle of aftershave I asked if they had it which the lady replied she did have it but quickly cheroed "but there isn't a tester" there was I could see it but wasn't looking to spray my self and leave I wanted to buy. But after her reply turned and started talking to her colleague I just stud there until she realised and said so can I buy a bottle her reply "you want to buy a bottle and reminded me of the price" to which I said yes id like to buy a bottle in fact make it two bottles. To which her attitude changed and the nice attentive sales person came out in her. All I wanted to say is you work at boots not Selfridges hun get over your self! So yes great shop to get what you want but some of the staff need a reality check.

А.Great shop with great customer service 🤩They make you feel special 👑💃🎀 We had a few arguments with staff members, and I want to apologise for my behavior, but it was stressful someone to want to check your personal belongings, because of my personal alarm that start ringing, It was obvious the sound comes from my alarm that I hold in my hand, not from the stolen item. I know that is a guards job, but for our culture is extremely offensive someone to treat you like a criminal. Hope we are fine now <3

V. J.A big boots in st Enoch center in city center of Glasgow. This huge store has all the things including medicines, prescription, cosmetics, skin care, beauty tools, baby essential, beauty products and all. Easy to reach as it is just above the Tesco metro, stairs are just beside of Tesco entry.
It has lift for buggy entries, or disabled people.
So overall one stop shop for all what you expect in boots.
T. A.The one way in/out system is a great idea however not when both are right beside each other in such a huge shop (foot-print wise)? Using a system further apart would be far better than for people to use, though it would mean additional staff checking both.

M.With the covid 29 virus hand sanitisers as you enter and the shop is well directed..as you enter the st enoch centre if you do not have a mask one will be provided for you by security staff..and wgen you are upstsirs you are asked to fill out a trace card with basic details and the date and time you where at the St Enoch Centre.

B. P.I love Boots to be honest, but they really need to find a way of dealing with the customers that take unreasonably long to get through their shop.
Perhaps a member of staff on the sales floor should be called over to point said customers to the items they want to find, rather than the one sole member at the pharmacy counter being led away by a customer that is being a little unreasonable in terms of demand.
As a result you often have massive queues of people whilst this one member of staff is having to explain the finer points of Savlon cream to one person. It's insane.

M. D.This is a very big shop inside St Enoch's Centre. You can get a lot from this one store so I like to go here for most of my toiletries and medications. They have a pharmacy, a photo printing centre and makeup counters as well as food in the fridges.

Boots has a large variety of beauty products, some healthy foods, medicines, baby food and equipment. It has some great discounts too.
P. M.Not bad but the one in Buchanan Galleries has a better layout in my opinion. The perfume/aftershave cabinets are always locked and can take a while to get someone to open them if the staff are busy. Also seems like less space to move around compaired to Buchanan galleries.
