l. w.We had a wonderful experience today. Staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. Natalie in particular was fantastic and my kids really enjoyed the bath bomb demonstrations.
c. r.Me and my friends go here all the time. It is a lovely place for gifts and bathbombs. The only thing is me and my friend (who would rather be anonymous) went for the Halloween pumpkin bathbomb making. First the girl who worked there said that we could just walk in any time. Then we found out we had to book she also said it was on from Monday to Sunday. Turns out it was on Thursday to sunday. Then we called lush and they said it was on all day. Turns out it started at 2.
Other than this my time at lush when I I on shopping trips is amazing and customer service is great. It was just this experience that made me put my review to 3 stars.

P. D.Staff were great, went in with my 5yo son who loves a bath bomb. Staff were taking the time to chat to him and ask him what he liked. Left with a few bath bombs and a smile on his face. Also 10/10 to the girl who served us on the till. As it displays a photo of the bomb you have purchased she made it interactive and my son had a blast. Would happily come back!

He demonstrated products that were best suited to our skin type and explained it all brilliantly! We will definitely be back for Daniels help again 😅
