Nice place to find your favorite cosmetic items. But for the favorite ones, the mostly unavailable. You better check their web before you come to see if your stuff in on the stock. The ladies are helpfull as well.

Would give five but the first girl who helped me long black hair and laminated eyebrows didn’t get her name offered to help tried to find my shade then when they didn’t have and I said no Thankyou to the online she walked away. I was still looking and was gonna get concealer or tinted moisturiser instead but again there wasn’t my shade. The same girl did not help me instead a blonde older woman did after I went over to the other counter to ask. She was lovely! Tested a few foundations of other brands to help me find the one that matches and then she wrote the names down so I could order online if I wanted to later because again no colour that was my shade was in the store.. She didn’t walk away from me. Thankyou x I’m very pale for anybody who wonders. Maybe better off with drugstore.

Having shopped online for a while I really needed a certain product immediately. I spoke to all staff members and I really felt like a vip. I visited the store straight from work so had the 'dragged through a hedge' look going on. At no point did I feel judged and I felt like I got the full attention of every staff member. As a business owner myself I would be so proud if they were part of my team. Bravo Glasgow!! I'll be back (although not in a Schwarzenegger sense).

The staff here are excellent, very warm, friendly and helpful. I really felt welcome to just browse around but they were also on hand to help with any questions. Its a luxury store and I had thought it might "too posh" for me but I was so wrong, the people who work here made me feel so comfortable! Perfect customer service!

I also had a very positive experience at this store today. I met Jade for the first time and she was very professional but friendly at the same time. She was also very knowledgeable about all the products we discussed. Again, as other reviewers have pointed out, the customer is not pushed to buy anything that is not really required. Jade is about to go on maternity leave and I wish her all the very best for the future. Hopefully she will be back!

I've always had very positive experiences in Space NK Glasgow! The staff are extremely helpful and happy to take the time to make sure that you get everything that you want and have the best experience possible. Laura was particularly wonderful in helping my friend with a slight problem with her rewards card. Even though it was close to closing time, she made sure the problem was completely fixed before we left the store. The store has a wide range of brands, some of which can only be found in store in Space NK I Glasgow and it's great to be able to see and swatch products before making a purchase rather than buying online. It's lovely to have a store where the staff generally don't work for a particular brand and are able to help and advise on multiple brands and products so you don't feel like you are being pushed into buying something you don't really want. I would highly recommend Space NK to anyone

I always have an amazing experience in this store - the staff are so lovely and so knowledgable; and they get the perfect balance of letting you browse on your own or being right there if you need info. I always get totally honest advice as well - when I've gone in intending to buy a product and could be an easy sale one of the sales consultants will be like 'don't you have oily skin? This so isn't for you, but you'll get the same effect with this' - you don't get that in most beauty shopping destinations! Have had my make up done in store as well (by the talented and lovely Jade) and was in love with the results, so as well as product training and knowledge you also get the chance to chat to people who are trained MUAs and get to see their work rather than it just being a sales role. When Jade did my make up my appointment was at 6, and the store shut at 7, but she didn't rush and my face was finished at 7.15 and I quickly bought what I needed and left - I felt so bad for keeping the staff late but Jade and Laura were so accommodating and kept saying they'd rather they finished late than sent me out with a non finished face - at the end of what I'm sure is an exhausting day in a customer facing role I couldn't believe the level of service and hospitality they were showing me, I was bowled over, and I experience amazing customer service like this every single time I'm in store, no matter who is helping me. I like the range of brands on offer (just add Sisley and I'll never leave!), and I like that most of the staff work between all the brands so you know you're getting the right product recommendation rather than at a department store counter where the staff can only realistically talk about their own brand. Space NK is my number 1 spot to shop at for beauty - if I can get it there I will and my only reason for every going elsewhere is because Space don't stock the brand. It's the most enjoyable, fun and relaxed premium beauty shopping experience Glasgow has to offer, in my opinion.

ive been in 3 times recently. I did not find 2 of the visits helpful at all. the staff seem uninterested. I know what its like to work i cosmetics at christmas but there is no enthusiasm.I use katie somerville but I can get it elsewhere. twice ive been told to go over to frasers and I do not shop in frasers.

I was on the illusive foundation hunt & spent an hour or so here with a lovely lady who really looked after me and advised me on what was best. I was looking at the Nars range and we decided I was between 2 shades they had there, so she tried a different brand on me to find the right match, then very kindly went onto a foundation finder website to find that shade in Nars. She sent me away with 3 mini sample pots to try & the name of the Nars shade I was after. So helpful, really fabulous service, I couldn't fault them & will be back!
