Honestly, I had the best massage and facial I've ever had done by Camilla. She adjusted the massage slightly due to some injuries, and it was perfect, just what I needed. The products used for the facial were gorgeous. Also, thanks to Faith for agreeing to allow me to use some vouchers that had gone out of date due to the pandemic...it was very appreciated. They are a lovely and kind team who work there and I would highly recommend a treatment with them.

Top notch therapists in this establishment. The COVID-19 rules are certainly taken very seriously and the staff and therapists are meticulous in keeping the shop and therapy rooms extremely hygienic constantly. All of the therapists are very thorough and extremely efficient. Many varied treatments offered here.Therapy rooms are very spacious with a beautiful ambience. I always feel extremely calm and chilled whilst I’m having a therapy with the fantastic therapist Camilla.

I am a therapist at the Hereford therapy room and I have been practicing since 1998 in various spas and customer service industries, until I found Neal’s Yard Remedies Hereford 8 years ago. I love using the room here! Big, clean, so sleek. They’ve had a facelift as well, so everything is wipeable surface now, which make you feel safe in this pandemic to be honest. They’ve lost soft furnishing but Safety first, always. So I don’t mind that. I am so grateful for all that the staff do for us the therapists, our customers, we are lucky to have such dedicated team of staff who are well trained, friendly and knowledgable. Highly professional and in this pandemic nobody likes a change, but they made it happen and continually making changes to accommodate ever changing government guidelines with such flexibility and grace, I applaud you! This is not just a shop, it also has the therapy rooms which makes it a little more complicated than ordinary shops during this pandemic. They are simply amazing and helped us all return so smoothly and I thank you all! It’s a shop you feel safe to visit. I 100% recommend:-)

Finally a shop, who actually understand skin issues, I have visited many explaining products I used to use. No one ever heard of my products. So glad to of found them
