K. R.Today I came in store to get some of the new Easter products. A lady with copper hair was really helpful pointing out where all the products were.
I was then served at the till by sally. She was really helpful and we then got chatting about other products and she talked me through all the different deodorants and also got me a few samples to try. Both were really kind and helpful, but I have to say sally really went the extra mile and gave a wonderful service. It was a lovely experience and all the staff were lovely! I love visiting lush any day, but this was truly a wonderful experience, the team should be very proud of the service they gave
K. E.A massive thank you to Sarah and Ashton at the LUSH Ipswich store! We work at a local charity supporting young women with low self-esteem, supporting them to learn more about and love themselves. To celebrate their achievements with us, Sarah kindly offered to run a mini self-care session with the group where they could make a bath bomb and have fun shopping for some self-care goodies! I cannot thank Sarah and her team enough, for offering to do something so enjoyable and fulfilling for the group and being so welcoming and accommodating. Ashton who ran the bath bomb making was so gentle and responsive to the needs of the young people in our group and they had a wonderful and relaxing time during this. We are so so grateful for your time and energy in providing our young people with this experience and look forward to coming back again in the future. LUSH Ipswich are an amazing team and so knowledgable about the products we all wanted to buy :) THANK YOU 🌟

My daughter hasn’t stopped speaking about how much fun she had and how she wants to do it again! She loved using her bath bomb at the weekend. You’ve made my Christmas shopping for her a whole lot easier now, she also wants a Lush birthday party next year!! Again thank you all, super appreciated!
J. L.Went into Lush today to buy a bath bomb for a 14 year old boy, thought I might be quite limited but had a lovely girl help me find the Orange Pop bath bomb for him. She asked questions which led us to the best one, she seemed to really care that he didn’t just get something he wouldn’t enjoy. I unfortunately didn’t catch her name, but she was in a white top, had long, brown hair and a bumble bee face mask.

S. D.The most wonderful experience for my daughter's 9th birthday at her LUSH party in Ipswich. Every member of staff I encountered was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and simply lovely! Highly recommend for a brilliant birthday party and shopping in general!
S. F.Was met as I entered & asked if I needed help, told her was buying bath bombs for my daughter. She then took me to them & told me fragrance of each one, price, let me smell it. When she'd finished she said I'll let you have a think so I'll go but if you need me just call me over. How's that for service. I chose 4 bombs which were put in separate bags. I do think a layer of bubble wrap would be a good idea!! I was on my way being very careful not to break the head off my buuny bomb. Shop was clean and obviously the smell was glorious. You can get little samples of certain thing's if you want to just try before you buy. Lovely shop, if you can afford it.
C. Q.Brilliant shop smells Lush with a great selection of products for everyone. The staff are fantastic always welcoming and ready to help with any questions you may have about their products even offering a test sample for most of the products they sell. I like that i can buy a gift card for my wife and top it up every week over a couple of months before Xmas giving her the option to choose what products she wants.🙂😉👍

The constant communication with the staff was great in relation the process of my delivery and my order. They allowed me to chose a time & date that suited me which was amazing and very helpful!! They provided me with all the products I asked for - this was via there online page (which can be found on their social media pages). If there were any unavailable they guided me with alternatives near to the product they didn’t have. Thank you all so much, I will definitely use this service again 🌟
A. M.Staff are so friendly and helpful and I like the way the shop is set out, it draws you in and around the products with changes at the front of the counters for new things but the shelves stay the same , so you know where to get your favourites from
k. m.Small like a lot of lush stores are, so can be hard to move around. The staff in all lush stores pounce on you as soon as you get there and they seem to have a lot of staff to push sales.
Bath bombs are overpriced, they still do so much plastic and they don't offer a refill service. They do some incentives like taking your plastic back to them after you have 5 etc but that could take months to pay off for the customer.
Since trying to be more aware of my impact I've used lush less and less as I think there's better and cheaper out there.
M. B.For such a small shop they certainly pack in an awful lot. Staff knowledgeable and very considerate - especially about discretely pointing out the product powder on my nose. They do regular demonstrations of products, such as the colourful bath bombs in a large bowl of water. If you want to create a lovely gift there is a choice of cloth wrappings to elegantly present them.

C. C.I visit Lush in Ipswich around one a month. Items can be little PRICY, but there are sometimes offers. Was amazed at the Boxing Day offers, which had the biggest queue I have seen. The girls in my life deserve little treats from time to time and I can always find something a little different at Lush.
