Went in for the usual white musk...and got a free gift!! Young lad in there was lovely and helpful...I was the only one in it at the time of visit..

The Body Shop, Ipswich, is a pretty typical Body Shop. I visited on Saturday, it was busy and it is not a very large store. There were a lot of staff on hand but I felt this was more of a negative in terms of space in the store. Some of the displays didn't have price labels or the labels were very small.

Went into body shop today to get some new make up. I was greeted by Rebecca. I was a bit indecisive as to what kind of make up etc to buy and what colour lipstick etc and Rebecca helped me and did a bit of make up on me and showed me some tips. She was very lovely and was as very patient with me. Yes the products are expensive but they are all natural and the make up is amazing. 100% recommend. I was very happy with the service I received I’ve never felt so welcomed.

Excellent service! The staff are always friendly, helpful and engaging. They recognise me when I go into the store and immediately greet me warmly. The products are fantastic and ethical too. I highly recommend both the products and this particular store.

Products are worth the price, vegan, vegetarian, cruelty free and fair trade products can be found here. Got a lovely smelling pumpkin and vanilla body butter which was very moisturising for my dry skin

Beginning of may I was in Ipswich, I asked for advice about my itchy scalp. I was shown the ginger shampoo and conditioner it doesn't strip your scalp of its natural oils it smells amazing and it's done it's job I don't itch, my hair looks great and smells lovely thank you body shop.

Friendly staff at this medium sized shop in central Ipswich. Usually have some offers on and a good choice of stuff for men - particularly like the aftershave Balm which is soothing and has a nice aromatic smell to it.
