Placed my first order Friday evening and received Wednesday. Really happy as have been struggling to get these products elsewhere. Ordering was easy, delivery was quick and Items were packaged really well so arrived all in tact - Will definitely use again!

CC's on Roundhay Road have always met my hair do needs. Always having the brands I need when I need it. If they haven't got the product you need they'll get it for you. I couldn't ask for more. The prices are reasonable and they also stock beauty products and accessories for black hair and other ethnicities. They also stock Yankee Candles to my surprise. The staff are great and the Manager is awesome.....you know who you are.😎👓😁 CC Hair and Beauty is our community's one stop shop for all things hair and beauty, just what it says on the sign!!!

This was my first time using CC Hair N Beauty. I am very pleased with the service I received, I had clear, quick and efficient communication with the staff regarding my order. Where possible they endeavoured to provide the best alternatives to some items on my order, which worked out even better than expected. The delivery was super fast, with my items being well wrapped and protected for transport. Needed some jumbo cold perm rods and finally found a UK website that sold them (all the shops that came up were from US). I was a little skeptical about purchasing online after reading the mixed reviews for the shop. However I needn't have worried. I ordered various sizes of their perm rods on Tuesday 5th May 2020. The owner called me on 6th May to inform me that one of the sizes I wanted was out of stock and offered an alternative. He even obliged to my request to video call him so I could see the other perm rods he was offering as an alternative! Half an hour after I spoke to him I got an email that my order had been posted with a tracking number. Royal Mail delivered my perm rods on Saturday 9th May 2020! This is excellent customer service and will definitely purchase from them again!

Great shop with even better prices. They have all hair and beauty products under one roof with cheaper prices than Boots, Super Drug and any other high street shop. The online shopping website is also really easy to use if you don't have time to pop into any of the three stores!

I have also enjoyed going here,but recently either under new management or just a new member of staff, he really didn't know what he was talking about, trying to tell me that texteriser was relaxer I ended up walking out and going into town
