Lovely little shop. Smells gorgeous. Very helpful staff. Went in for some bath soak to help relieve muscle soreness. I got the seaweed and arnica bath foam. It smells lovely and so relaxing. A real treat. Also received a few free samples which is always a bonus. Can't wait to go back and get some more products from here

Met the two lovely ladies in the Leeds Victoria quarter store. They helped me look for the perfect mother and baby set for a gender reveal i am attending. Thankyou for the fabulous service. I had the best first experience and I will definitely be back for more products. The blonde lady went above and beyond with product knowledge and wrapping my items and many thanks to the brunette lady who helped so much too and gave me free samples to try with gifts I brought. They are both a credit to the company.

This the best place you could find if you are looking for real organic products for skin care. Organic refreshing tea with peppermint & Liquorice is brillant! The shop is so beautiful and the products are the best best quality I never try in my life; + the line rose smell gorgeous !

Called in one lunch time in desperation having never been in a Neal's Yard Store before and met with a lady called Sam. Sam couldn't have been more helpful of caring regarding my allergy issues and sent me away with some testers to try out - I could have hugged her. A couple of days later I popped backed, bought the full sizes and hugged her!
