I had my scan done by Holly who was amazing, put me at ease throughout the process answered all my questions. I can not wait to receive my aligners and begin my smile journey and have a great smile. I had my 3D scan completed by Holly who was so kind and explained everything thoroughly enough so I didn't even have any questions at the end. Everything is so professional, clean and safe. Cons: reception staff seemed a bit clueless and robotic, I was asked to be there 10 minutes early and then they were over 10 minutes late to see me, the free whitening kit offer suddenly wasn't available with no attempt to compensate. Pros: my Smile Guide was wonderful, super friendly, informative, and pleasant to be around. It's primarily because of her and her clear guidance that I give the 4 stars.

Everything goes well when I went there Internet was so slow the way the said we don’t do teeth whitening I felt like the thought i only come for teeth whitening the should let us know by email before get there which is I left job for an hour and it took me ages to complete the form due to slow network and i hade to pay extra money to park my car TB holly so kind she explained everything so I didn’t have any questions but my friend told me that i have to wash my teeth each time i eat food she didn’t mention that dunno was it early to say that because I couldn’t be bothered read all the instructions any way not a big deal

A very good experience overall. Lovely staff, very welcoming and a good insight in to the product. The 3D scan is very clever and was well executed. It is a very "salesy" environment but I am in sales, so understand the process. Didn't commit but only because I wanted to consult my wife first. I agreed to call back and pay the deposit once I'd spoken to her. Wife agreed but before I called back, I received a call from the clinic saying I hadn't been asked to sign a certain document and I would have to call customer services to pay the deposit, as apposed to back through the clinic. Not a massive issue but for that reason, couldn't score 5*

Went for a consultation and was very impressed with the whole set up. If you are thinking of teeth straightening then it’s worth going along to the free consultation. From the moment you arrive the staff give you a warm welcome and then take you through the process in very simple to understand terms. Such a fab experience. We were met at the door by a lovely staff member (don’t remember her name) they welcomed myself my husband my crying 7 month old and crazy 2.5year old with open arms. Got him colouring books and set my family up comfortably the process was fun personable and exciting. They are obviously very well trained in customer care service which in my opinion is the very best sales techniques heck kindness always wins! Lizzie was my dental nurse and was ace so kind, happy and knowledgeable. A very well oiled machine which I love, great strategy’s, easy sale and people centred. Happy to be sold too by these lovely ladies. Just wish we had to go back more often haha. Almost as refreshing as a trip to the hairdressers but a lot more expensive. 😉☺️

Wasn’t sure what to expect but I was met at the front door and escorted upstairs by a friendly member of the team. The offices were clean and professional. I was a little early for my appointment and they got me into see the consultant Jess straight away who then put me at ease explaining the company background and the whole process from start to finish. Then to the scan of my teeth the pictures were amazing. I sobbed up straight away and the next day I received my video link which showed how my teeth would look at the end of the treatment which I was really pleased with. I can’t wait to receive the aligners now and start my treatment which is planned to only take 4 months. Very excited x

You can have a relaxed conversation with Jess and it wasnt just sit down do her job and you leave. Also how the dentist is involved with the making of your kit. And what to do when it Is delivered to your home. Jess mentioned about the after care number and if and when I need to contact them with any other questions or queries. Visited 08/01/2020. I was about 20 mins early but that didn't seem to be inconvenient for them as they invited me straight in for the scan. After a short period of checking over the information that I had provided and some light conversation to help me acclimatise to the environment (it can be slightly awkward having close up assessments done so they make you feel relaxed), I was demonstrated the smile box which is a nice "Blurple" colour (their name, not mine) and the contents, including the aligners. The environment is welcoming and the staff are very conversational and friendly. At first I was a little nervous, but that went away quite quickly. It was interesting to see the 3D scan live on screen, as well as having the opportunity to take my own images afterwards. The experience of the scan was fine, not uncomfortable or awkward. A pleasant experience overall.

Well where do I start from? Anda was brilliant as a SmileGuide she was very polite, and built a really enagaging conversation. It felt like we have spoken before. I would really encourage anyone wanting to go to SmileDirectClub to go as they won't dissappoint you. It is very simple yet effective process to give you the smile you want. Anda was very gentle when conducting the 3D scan and Wow it is a really impressive digital scan, there is no pain attached to it. I am hopefully starting my plan and awaiting my results within 72 hours. If you have friends or family wanting to wear aligners they can get £75 off the purchase via the Invite a friend programme.
