I feel the staff were not as helpful and polite as they used to be. I wanted to get my free baby pack, I was told politely I need to go to another till, I explained no one was there and the lady was going to Check for me when her colleague passed she asked if she would just nip to have a look she said I don't think we have any, so the lady at the checkout said please can you check and it was like she walked round the corner and back again and no we don't. The other tills are not that close to the pharmacy tills. The lady serving upstairs aswell did not seem to be in the best of moods. I don't go to town very often anymore and compared to how the staff at boots used to be I would say is a big decline. Products are easily located though.

This store has two floors , has a good range of products, tho they are a bit pricey. There's a pharmacy inside that tends to be quite slow, staff tend to ask you a bunch of questions if you buy any medicine or products outside the pharmacy, which I understand but sometimes it does get a bit annoying. Self service machines are available too. At the top floor they have machines to print your pictures, a photo booth and several products usually for gifting. The store isn't very inviting inside but you can find most brands and hygiene essentials.

Used the photo printing self service area it was ready to use and great to interact with the display it was surprisingly easy to use but if you have TYPE C charger cable you need to bring your own as they do not have this type.

This is a great traditional Pharmacy. They have a huge variety of over the counter products and their own brand products which are competitively priced. Loads of make up, toiletries and gift items. Nice clean store, easy to get around and speedy check out system with a self serve if you want to use it.

Staff are always warm and friendly both on the make up stands/ tills and floor staff. They have always offered to help me find what I want and check the back of its not out on the shelves. If I look lost usually a member of staff will ask if they can help even without me asking. The till staff always remind me about my boots card which is great because I have a brain like a siv.

Often visit boots as it's based in city centre. It's the big Boots shop and have everything you are looking for , it has separate pharmacy, optician department within the shop, took my kids for the eye test and whole process was smooth, staff is friendly and helpful too. Only problem is the car park due to its location in city centre ,otherwise I really like shopping there.

I like shopping here for Christmas presents but don't like the way when I'm browsing I feel as if I'm being watched then someone walks over and asks if I'm ok do I need help ? I'm sure if most customers aren't ok and need help then we seek a staff member ourselves to ask for help 🤔 if your staff just wait it's a better experience for me and friends who've mentioned having the same thing happen in Boots. And when I'm smelling perfume samples to see what MY preference is I really don't like pushy sales assistants trying to make me smell their best seller or their favourite to try and make me make a decision as it's very annoying I feel as if I'm being pushed into buying something that I don't want

Nothing special and pretty much like any other branch of Boots in the country - it's a large pharmacy that also sells beauty and hygiene products and a range of other goods, including items related to photography. My main gripe is that none of the machines would read my memory stick to print photos off and all the micro USB cables were missing or broken, so I was unable to print photos directly off my phone. Another weird quirk is that phone reception is almost completely unavailable on EE anywhere in the store - it's as if the building is lead lined and makes it impossible to make calls whilst you're in there.

The shop is huge if a little dated. Good for getting everything under one roof but Boots is more expensive than other options in leicester including Superdrug, bodycare and savers. Depends if you prefer several shops for a bargain or one and you're done. Very good for high end options though.

This is mainly a personal review for Ebrahim Sidat the hearing aid audiologist based at this store. I’ve been taking my deaf 96 year old grandmother to Ebrahim for about the last 6 months. With all our visits Ebrahim shows a passion for his work, empathy, patience and perseverance. Ebrahim also knows when to challenge sometimes difficult customers and also injects light hearted humour and creates a great rapport with individuals. Ebrahim is a credit to the store and the Boots brand and I’d highly recommend his service for anyone that suffers from any hearing issues.

This is one of Boots flagship stores and when you enter the store you see why. The shop floor spans over the ground and first floors. The store provides a number of services, pharmacy, opticians, health and beauty. There is a vast range of products that you would expect to find in a Boots store. The store does not have a car park but there is ple ty of car parks nearby.

boots is... well boots. department store for anal cream, fissure ointment and when I was younger the place to buy pure lithium to blow up a school toilet. I think if a 12 year old asked for lithium you would say no wouldn't you? still.... spoke to the pharmacist who kindly advised I can't have any anti inflammatory meds because they interact with existing issues. great, but good advice. I think they need to buy Holland and Barrett, merge and solve the final problem!

I go here for my repeat prescriptions. Usually there is not much hastle in the gallowtree gate store and the repeat prescriptions are always texted when ready to collect. Sorry ..cant say the same for humberstone gate boots, wow, how frustrating it has been to get medication on time..or even repeat prescribed at all..the ques here are usually long and many mistakes have been made.recommend gallowtree gate boots though.
