Such a beautiful LUSH shop in High Cross Leicester, can smell their gorgeous products from miles away which is very attractive and welcoming. Lots of lovely products for different skin types, ages and special skin needs, a lot to be able to test before buying. Also many beautifully wrapped presents. The atmosphere in the shop is warm and causal, easy to browse, without any staff chasing you, staff is polite and helpful. The decor is as pretty as always, modern, energetic and full of colors. Wheelchair friendly. Located in city center, so easy to get to by public transports, or plenty of parking spaces nearby.

Visited today for the first time after the Carnival, the lady at the front of the store had a demo of a bath bomb which my 7 year old daughter really enjoyed, then the lady showed her the blowing bubbles soap/bath bomb and let her have a try. My daughter picked a rainbow clay play which wasn’t priced so the same lady kindly price checked it and was really helpful and friendly. When we got to the till to pay for the rainbow clay the lovely lady had left us a random act of kindness at the till and treated my daughter to the blowing bubbles soap/bomb! I was so amazed and touched, I cried (and obviously went back to thank the shop assistant) Absolutely made our day and we felt inspired so paid for someone’s car parking when we got back to the car park to pay it forward. Thank you so very much!

Lovely place and outstanding customer service. Great selection, the shop itself is a bit small though. As far as I'm aware they are relocating shortly into high cross so hopefully new place will be bigger which in turn will make it even better shopping experience.

Always a really good experience, where you actually want to go into the shop instead of buying products online. I've been going here for about 4 - 5 years now and every time I go, the friendly manager (I assume) is always on point when it comes to customer service. He always comes up to me to see if I need any help and has a good understanding of the products I like and the products I dislike which means he often recommends the right products for me. Equally, all of the staff members who work here are friendly and welcoming. Lush should be very proud of this store. Clearly your team members are very dedicated to what they do and this really shows in the overall experience.

Seriously happy after visiting today. I came in with my four year old son, who can be a little shy at times, but was made comfortable by the multiple staff members’ friendly approach to customers. At the till my son handed the money for his pumpkin bath-bomb to one of the male staff members. The staff member then said through a “random act of kindness” that my son won’t be paying, and refused to take our money. Apologies that I didn’t get the employees name; short back and sides hair, long on top, wearing round glasses. I’ll definitely be back.

Called in today while in Leicester doing a bit if sightseeing and shopping. I am not someone who regularly buys Lush products but my wife does and I often use things l find in the bathroom. One such product is shower jelly! I just struggle to not let it disappear down the plughole, so I asked inside. Well, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, kind and tentative. Went into Lush Leicester today to find a halloween themed gift for my girlfriend, and immediately I was welcomed and shown around by one of the female staff members. She was so so friendly and helped me pick out an extra gift, and she even gave me a Random Act of Kindness by treating me to one of the gifts I was buying. In the moment I completely forgot to ask for the girl’s name, but I hope she reads this! The customer service is amazing beyond words! The past few times I’ve gone in, the staff have been absolutely beautiful inside and out! Today, I was struggling between a bath bombs and bubble bar, I went with the bubble bar in the end. Then as I was leaving the staff member who had spoken to me about the two products previously gifted me the bath bomb so I could experience them both🥺❤️ I honestly could have cried, such a sweet, thoughtful gesture! Always love coming here after pay day. Everyone is so friendly and I get the best recommendations. It was so busy one day I went, and if you knew your order they were asking you if you were okay to pay outside and they'd grab it. So I said I wanted four bathbombs and some shampoo to for wavy hair. I just told them pick randomly, I would love to try something new. After asking my budget and all the questions of how comfortable I was with it. I came back with an amazing bag two employees came up with and I have to say I loved every smell. I could tell they put a lot of care, love and thought into it. Honestly friendliest lush shop ever. I don't know if Lush employees everywhere are this brilliant but in this location regardless of who I've been served by and this is going back over a couple of years the service is always exceptional. The staff have no problem describing the range of products that would be best for you, they're well informed and mainly they are all so friendly and approachable! Never before have I experienced such great customer service and this has been consistent throughout.. Would 100% recommend just purely on that basis but also their products are great too! The bath fizzers are my favourite (when my brother isn't stealing them from me!) and the scrubs are so good too.

I visited this store on 21-03-2022 and an employee called Hauman (i am so sorry if i spelt her name wrong so i attached a picture) made my day!!!!! I had just had my gender scan and found out that i am going to have a baby girl. I was over the moon and wanted to celebrate with a pink glittery bath bomb. When i entered the store Hauman approached me and asked if she could help. I explained what i was looking for and she showed me some beautiful bath bombs. I couldn't decide between diamond dust or think pink. Hauman was so patient and knowledgeable. I eventually decided to get the diamond dust as it was closer to baby pink. Hauman took the bath bomb to the counter for me and packed it beautifully. Once i paid she revealed that she had also gifted me the think pink bath bomb. I was speach less and so greatful. So far i have really struggled with my pregnancy and having alot of morning sickness. So her kindness ment alot. I have been able to have two beautiful pink baths that have been so relaxing. Thank you so much for everything. You made a beautiful day even better. I cant wait for my little girl to arive so i can introduce her to the world of bath bombs. I couldn’t have asked for better service!

Lush, the name says it all! Lush is a wonder from the moment you enter and are greeted with a friendly hello, then as you wander around at the huge amount of fabulous soaps and other cosmetics which are better for you and the planet you can see what they are made from feel them smell them and if you need, ask about them and somebody will be helpful in answering your questions. The smell is quite strong in the shop which can get a bit much for some but if you k ow what you want it can be a quick shop but it is also enjoyable to take your time and have a good look as the product range is always changing as the raw ingredients availability changes. Well worth a visit and highly worthy of our support.

Visited the Leicester store for the first time. Spoke to Eileen regarding the range of make up as my daughter is starting a college course in make up artistry. Sampled the Angels on bare skin(which I have purchased) amazed by the softness of my skin. Eileen was fantastic!
