My Aligners have arrived in only 2 weeks 😁 I was expecting a 6 week wait. My appointment with Lauren for my consultation was brilliant. She talked me through the process and the scan was quick and painless. The scan machine is a fascinating bit of kit. So far I have found everything to be highly professional and I am excited to see my results. Thank you Lauren your a star x

From the moment I arrived I was welcomed into a lovely friendly atmosphere. Nicole and her colleague were very friendly and explained everything in a helpful kind way. The whole procedure was easy to go through and painless. An enjoyable visit and I am very excited to start my journey towards a better smile!

Lovely experience, the staff personally greet you . It doesn’t seem like they are rushing for time in the 30 Mins. They are very conversational and I had the pleasure of having Bethany do my scan. 10/10. She was lovely and explained very thing perfectly. I can’t wait to start my smile journey !

Smile smile smile ! Easy and simple. You get greeted my two beautiful ladies, fill out a little form on a iPad they go through all the steps that they do to get you your aligners, show what’s in the box, take couple pictures of your teeth and boom choose how you want to pay that’s it! now I just have to wait few weeks for my delivery and I guess my 6 months will start from there. Best bit of it all is that it’s half the price compared to other places. Big up smile direct and many thanks to Lauren and Raj! See you soon 😊

Had the best time with everyone over there! Firstly, it was super easy to get to and from the moment I got in I felt really welcomed, my mind was put at ease. The consultation was smooth and extremely detailed, letting you know what exactly you're getting into. A huge thank you to Diana and the rest of the team :)

Lauren was very nice and explained everything. I was a little cynical about the company and process but she explained she was a dental nurse and was confident I would get the results I wanted. She also listened to a concern I had about a particular tooth and said she did not see any issue with this.

The best consultation I have ever had. I came with a friend because I wasn’t sure the advert on Instagram was fake or not. So when I got there it was a relief. I was also really nervous about someone getting up close and personal in my teeth as I’m super self conscious however, Bethany made me feel so relaxed and at ease. The three is actually had such a laugh doing it. And some of the information Beth shared with us was fascinating. She also showed us lots of before and after pictures. The results are AMAZING!!! Something that is such a short period of time (6 months is short compared to braces) it was outstanding. I cannot wait to start my smile journey now.

Great customer care in the Leicester branch.Staff were welcoming.Incouldnt make my mind up about day or night and was told they’d make sure I get both. Received retainers today finally but I was meant to get day and night and only received night ones - pain as you wait ages for them to arrive and also make payments before your even changing your smile so I at least expected what ordered!

Was really looked after today by Nicole in Leicester who sold the smile to me. I've been wanting to straighten my teeth for a few years but felt too old and embarrassed to wear a brace especially with my job being in customer service. I'm confident that I'll have straight teeth in no time at all and without no one having to know about it. Can't wait to get my kit in the post to start my treatment and half the price of dentist fees too.

3D scan Leicester I dropped in to Leicester yesterday for a 3D scan and was done over by Lauren and Rob who took me through the process. It was easy, quick, and most of all made me smile!!! I can’t wait for the next steps. Very professional amazing technology!!!!

finally updated the location on maps found it and had a great experience with DIANA very professional and kind explained every little detail and had a great in-depth knowledge on how everything is done and managed. The only downfall is it's a massive £1600 bill or monthly payment option, if you can afford its worth it but to be honest I'm not in dire need so I'll not be participating. Thanks Diana : )
