Always a lovely experience, the lady noticed i'd accidently picked up a tester and she was so quick to swap it for me 😅 Also as the que at the till was getting quite noisy and I was getting a bit stressed, one of the staff noticed and asked me if I was paying by card and as I was, she took me over to a quieter area and sorted it with her Ipad and sorted me a loyalty card as well. As someone with autism having someone notice when i'm struggling and goes out of their way to help when I am is so so appreciated. Thank you ❤

I have visited the store on a number of occasions. The products they sell cannot in my opinion be bettered,they are so good. The layout of the premises is very welcoming. The staff are a delight they are so knowledgeable and helpful nothing is to much trouble. The products are five star
