s. e.I visited recently with my daughter before she went to university in London to buy some items and had a great experience. We travelled from Boston as it was our closest store. Very good customer service from Maria on the shop floor. She was very knowledgeable and was very helpful. She wasn't 'selling' products to us but she seemed to really care that we had all the information about the products to make our decision. She is a great asset to the company. Very friendly
N. H.Grace on the till was incredible with me. Helped convince the boy he didn't need 2 bombs as his lemon one was the best and explained what I would be donating to charities for. Also gave me a little pot of fave mask to help me sleep as I mentioned I wasn't.

The staff were really enthusiastic, engaging and welcoming and did an absolutely amazing job of getting the customers involved. While we were there we also noticed that the staff were incredibly helpful with customers, chatting to everyone who came in and people who walked by the shop. A really friendly, inviting atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our day there and can't thank the team enough!
L. S.Hello! Just a quick message to say a big thank you to Ed who works in your Lincoln UK store! He was amazing and really engaged with my 3 year old girl when we visited your store today! He let her melt a bath bomb in a bowl of water, make a bath bomb of her own, sprayed her with some spray mist and some sleepy powder! She absolutely love all of this! Ed also helped us pick out and talk us though various bath bombs and bubble soap bars, he was most helpful! Ed and his experience has honestly made my girls day, and ours! He gave lots of useful advice on products that complimented each other without giving us the feel of pressure to purchase which you tend to get in other stores. It was also really lovely to see how much knowledge he had to share about the Orangutan product and how passionately he explained and felt about the product. Again not in a way that made us feel like we had to (we certainly did get one though!) The overall customer experience was really positive and just reminds us why we love to come to lush because the staff treat you like a friend recommending their favourite products and we also get to have a great laugh! E. A.I was served on Friday the 9th of September by a wonderful person called Hannah! (She has very cool blue hair). I waited patiently for Hannah to come and give me a hand and when I got stuck on my words (due to ASD overwhelm) she was so kind and patient with me! I instantly loved how calm she made me feel, it felt like I was just talking to a friend. We discussed my skin care and the things that I needed, she gave me some excellent recommendations which I’m already using and loving! I have always loved Lush, it’s one of my favourite stores and I think I might have to move to Lincoln just for this store! C. W.The staff are welcoming and attentive but it is possible that they are a little too attentive... It’s sometimes nice to browse without being bombarded with questions about what I’m looking for.
However, they are excellent at recommending products & they are always so friendly. Most of the time the staff member can take a hint if you just want to browse the wonders of a LUSH store but some sort of follow you around the shop or stare at you from across the room. I guess it’s a bit like having a personal shopper! Maybe this is how it feels to be famous?

G. v.I decided to leave you a review. First of all I will tell you that you should educate your salespeople about children / adults with Autism, it seems that they do not have the idea why a child or adult wears ears defender. In this review I talk about my little girl, who has Autism and wears these ears defender every day because she is hypersensitive to auditory stimuli .Last week we visited your store in Lincoln again, we were greeted by a nice sales woman who apparently didn't know she wasn't allowed to touch my child, especially to remove her ears defenders, my little girl is wearing a lanyard and with badge written in letters major neurological conditions she suffer(autism, gdd, adhd). Fortunately, my little girl was in a very good mood and happy that she is at your store and did not have a meltdown because a stranger took her ears defenders and touched her .
That's why I suggest you explain these things to your employees as well, because it is possible that another child suffering from autism and wearing ears defenders will react completely differently (in the worst way) .
In other words, the products are good and the price is sometimes exaggerated.
The sellers make an impressive show in the store, which is to be appreciated, but, sometimes ,your sellers are suffocating shoppers, many of them would be able to go out on the high street and bring them to the store, probably "this suffocation" is part of their job .
so, this time I will offer you just 4 starts.

C. O.Me and my girlfriend have started taking regular trips to treat ourselves to some lovely bath bombs! Used to go every now and then, but visits have gotten more regular.
This is because, although the products are always consistently great, the staff are definitely the crux of the experience. Always so welcoming, informative and friendly.
My girlfriend is pregnant, and the person who was advising us helped to find the perfect product to help with the pain, and it's worked a treat.
They're always happy to give out small samples as a tester, which is amazing business practise!

U.I went here for the first time a couple of days ago, was shown around by one of the staff members who I can't recall the name of, they gave me recommendations for everything I was looking for and even gave me some free samples too. I received a free treatment of some of the products including a face mask which felt lovely and smelled really nice. I'm autistic and the way the products felt on my skin made me very happy and was way better than the products I would get in other stores! Not to mention Lush are one of the best companies for the environment, I think all of the packaging is recyclable, and if you bring back 5 clean pots you can get a free face mask! A lot of their stuff is vegan too!

G. C.I love going to lush in lincoln. The staff are always very knowledgeable about the products as I always have questions. I like that lush always think of the environment with their products and always say when I'm trying a new product if it doesn't agree with my hair type/ skin type just bring it back and they can let me try another. So far I haven't had to take anything back though :) Love it!

S. J.Peter L was an angel today! (Don't get me wrong... All the staff are always amazing, but today Peter went far and beyond the call of duty when he gave me a plectrum for my Son's audition!). To give a full review, I have to say that the products are also well worth their price tag. They smell great, do what they are supposed to, and here is a very important plus, they are environmentally sound. You can bring back the pots to be reused, but equally, why have a bottle of shower gel or shampoo, when you can have it as a bar! Thank you once again to Peter. Much love to you all.

B.5 stars for the product you recommend my son is great for his scalp as it was very dry and red, now it looks 100% better . thanks............My son came back to get some shaving cream because the scalp cream was so good, But after useing it at night, the following morning his face was a mess on fire , He ended going to the doctors twice with a grand total charge of￡20 out of pocket for antibiotic and cream . thanks for refund on shaving cream.
A.Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, I’m 12, 13 in 34 days (not that I’m counting) and the staff were so sweet and helpful, clearly working very hard and friendly, immediately made the whole shop feel like home. I went to the Lush in Lincoln, the one next to Mac Donald’s and opposite the card factory, and two people especially were honestly outstanding. Thank you Andrea and Kyle (sorry if I spell either of your names wrong) for putting me in a great mood today especially after I hadn’t had the best morning, you are both amazing people and I’m definitely coming back every week or when I’m in town simply for the sake of it being a happy and welcoming place. Oh and to buy out the store of course...hehe. J. T.Lush is fab - the quality of the products, the environmentally friendly packaging, the friendliness and knowledge of the staff - it's all great. The Lincoln store is one of the smaller Lush sites, but all good things come in small packages don't they?!
