Lovely beautiful customer experience, both samaya and natalie helped me with concealer/foundation to match my skin for a photo shoot. Made me feel at ease, as i am a guy that has no clue about any of this makeup stuff.

I LOVE THIS BRAND but such disappointing customer service. Here I was excited all week to travel all the way to this store to get colour matched. I think I couldn’t have found a less disinterested and bored staff member. Ok, I understand you can’t touch and consult in person and match make up because of COVID. But did you forget how to talk and be happy to chat to the ones spending money with you? No enthusiasm, no excitement, no engagement. I was willing to leave £100 but for what? I guess the staff are not interested in their own products! Just a guess. Such a shame :-(

Finally found a foundation that fits me. I never wear anything on my skin cause I like feeling like "me" but lately been suffering with more redness than usual. I asked to try different types (liquid, powder, stick) and went for the stick which is super convenient to handle (and to travel with). Gives me a dewy look too and is good for my skin which is a bit dehydrated. Overall super happy with it 😊

The store is well laid out and the staff are really lovely and helpful. My favourite place to shop for make up as the staff are very attentive and take their time to help. The barepro lipsticks are great I've bought four already.

So me and my colleague popped into this boutique in Covent Garden at lunchtime today to pick up a free foundation sample they are giving out in their campaign. As if British weather is not predictable enough, it started out drizzling when we left the office and turned into full blown downpour complimented by strong winds and we were so glad when we finally arrived at the store. It was warm inside and the first shop assistant to see us greeted us warmly. after telling her our quest for foundation samples she was very diligent in asking us whether we wanted a colour match or not, and during the session she was very friendly and found out no, we weren't mother and daughter but colleagues from nearby. She had a great personality and I asked her name, it was Natalie, so shouts out for Natalie, you do this shop proud. This was in sharp contrast to another shop assistant hovering about in the background looking like she was in a very bad mood, no smiles at all!! So the lady who served us, 5 stars, but because of this other lady, I had to average it down to 3. Anyone who walks into a store will only want to see helpful and smiling assistants, nobody wants to see a grumpy looking person in the background! Otherwise, the shop looked pretty neat and tidy, the products were laid out in a coherent manner and it was easy to find what you were looking for. This is a place to go if you like mineral based products, which are currently actively marketed as being good for your skin as it's natural!

Staff were pleasant. I came here to get a free lipstick birthday gift as I received an email. Didn't realise it only applied to boutiques in the US. Staff apologised and gave me skincare samples. Unfortunately I can't use them but it was a gesture anyway.
