Went to buy a brow product and was kindly shown the different options and other products I wanted to test out. Everyone ask for Paisley if you want your brows sorted! All staff at the benefit stand were friendly and helpful- my brows are now sorted for my holiday - thank you Paisley! :)

I just arrived in London and my baggage was delayed so I didn’t have any of my makeup. I decided to head inside Boots on Oxford street because I saw so many makeup counters. I was extremely jet lagged wandering around and Nureen at the Benefit counter was my savior!! She color matched me perfectly and tested many products on me which I ended up buying quite a few of! She was so kind and clearly a pro at what she does. It was a great experience, thank you Nureen!!

I was served by a lovely young lady called paisley in your Oxford street branch , I was very nervous talking about getting a eyebrow pencil even though I’m facing having chemo Paisley was so kind and patient with me, she even said when the time comes I can pop back and she will show me how to draw them on, and I definitely will go back to see her as I need a new eye shadow, I love your products, but a really massive thank you to paisley for making this 50 year old woman feel a little bit special after being on a very emotional rollercoaster these last few weeks
