A. T.Remel was helping me pick my foundation shade, he was so lovely and patient with me. Very professional! Made my experience very pleasant.
R. A.I only went in to try and get a foundation colour matched. Was approached by Mandy in less than a minute and she was amazing! Literally fantastic. She was so patient, informative and friendly. I have no idea what to do with makeup but she made me feel so comfortable and confident. No idea what the rest of the staff were like, but I suggest looking out for Mandy if you go in!
p. d.As I'd bought so many 'wrong colour' foundations during lockdown online ordering, which were not Charlotte Tilbury, it was great to have a colour match in store.
Reme was so helpful and I now have the PERFECT foundation.
I LOVE the finish. I'm mid sixties and have deep wrinkles. This foundation does blur them and felt wonderful on my skin
