Away from crazy crowd of central London, which makes it a perfect place. Got Oud Palao last Saturday and got some freebies too, which were delightful surprise! I'll definitely come back in future when I want to treat myself!

Gorgeous store and amazing service! I rarely write reviews but I was so impressed that I had to leave feedback. I visited the Brook Street store on Sat 29 Aug and had one of the best customer service experiences I have had in years. I was served by a Sarah (who I later found out was the Manager) her service was refreshingly personable; she was really friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products. I am very indecisive but she helped me so much in deciding what to buy (it really felt like a personal shopping experience). I will definitely be going out of my way to visit this store again!

I needed to replace a broken candle holder and contacted the customer services who were unhelpful and unintested- The sales assistant in Liberty was not able to assist me but recommended that I try the Brook Street Shop. Sara there was really polite and super helpful and resolved my problem by calling other branches and sourcing what I needed from Ben in the Leadenhall store who also was very helpfull. I will now be shopping at Brook Street and Leadenhall if I need anything else in future. Well done

I am totally in love with this shop in Mayfair.
