A. C.Amazing customer service. This shop has an incredible selection of specialised (& non specialist) makeup items and paraphernalia. Having only visited in person in the past, I recently placed an order online.
I got muddled up at some point & ordered the wrong item but the team at Guru couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful and swapped it for me with no hesitation (obviously I returned it ASAP without having opened the packaging).
Efficient & rapid dispatch and delivery. Would thoroughly recommend.
