Paulina was wonderful. Explained what she was going to do and then made sure I was comfortable before starting. I suffer with back pain, so the heated massage bench was fabulous and really helped me to relax. The facial itself was so very relaxing and Paulina applied just the right amount of pressure and was very precise about her movements. I must say it is one of the best facials I have ever had (and I've had quite a few!). Will definitely return for a full massage and other treatments.

Alexandra was absolutely amazing. She recommended a facial that was tailored to my skin, with best Elemis products. I can see a great effect on my skin. Her facial massage was the best I have ever had - delicate and extremely relaxing.

Mailinta was my nail technician and she did a good job! I was very satisfied with my nails. She was also kind, punctual and professional! Based close to London Bridge, the beauty center is easy to reach and it seemed very clean and quiet as you can relax during your treatment! Higly recommended :).

Absolutely lovely girls who work there, chatty and friendly. Was my first wax and she tried her absolute best and took her time to make it as painless as possible for me by doing it in small bits and kept checking I was ok, then the lady on reception was soooo nice to me after my appointment too... would only ever go here for anything now
