Great customer service when I enquired about some perfume that was out of stock. Remained in constant communication and sent out perfume as soon as it arrived. Will definitely be using again next time.

I recently placed an order from London International, after placing the order its been 4 days and I haven't received any email confirmation yet theyve taken my money. I've sent 3 emails , and called twice. First time I called it went through to a 'switch board'. The guy claimed he didn't work for them he simply worked for a switchboard that dealt with numerous business's. He insisted on taking my name & number and said he would pass my details on and they would call me back. Never called back. I called again later on that evening and a lady answered. She again insisted on taking my name and said she would pass the message on. I asked if she had received any calls or anyone else suspicious that London international was fraudulent, her response was very robotic 'I'm sorry maam I can pass the message on. I asked again, 'do you work for them directly? , have you had this issue before? I'm very concerned I've been scammed ' . She put the phone down on me !!!! As you can imagine I was absolutely furious there customer service was so disgusting, I left a very bad review on both Google and Trust pilot. Shortly after I left the reviews I received a call back from London International themselves. (Convienient). A gentleman called Ali, he assured me that they were not fraudulent and they would send my order out special delivery. It shouldn't had to have taken me to leave 2 reviews for them to contact me back. If an order confirmation had been sent in the first place all this could have been avoided. I'd suggest London International consider changing there 'switchboard' providers. As the customer service is appalling. My order has arrived today, I have no idea if when opened its genuine. We will see. Either or I can't win as if the package has been opened and I don't believe its real, it cannot be sent back as it will be classed as 'used. For the stress this has caused so close to Christmas, and the awful customer service received I would recommend spending that little bit more and order from John Lewis.

Came across London International for a Aventus Perfume that I wanted to purchase. This is an expensive perfume so I decided to research their company. After reading their reviews online, I decided to take a chance and purchase the fragrance. As they had an almost 5 star rating on Feefo, I decided to go ahead and make a purchase. Really happy that I did as everything was well packaged and arrived on time. Regular customer for life!

I would just like to say that I was concerned that my order wasn’t going to arrive as it was 10 days with no notification. I emailed them and got a response straight away saying that some orders had gone astray and a new one would be sent out. After 3 days I was concerned so emailed again. I got a telephone call within minutes and assured my order would arrive the next day. Which it did. I was very pleased with your service and the way you handled my order.

I ordered Creed Aventus and was obviously skeptical about buying from this company as I had never heard of them before. I checked some reviews (Feefo) and saw they had lots of positive feedback so took the plunge. Their price was the best I could find for 100ml and the delivery took about a week, which was fine. I was also kept up to date with where my parcel was by Royal Mail throughout this time which put me at ease. In summary, the product is 100% legit, smells amazing and is the best price I could find anywhere out there. I would highly reccomend this company and I am writing this for anybody who has the same reservations that I had at first. Top quality service and I will definitely be ordering more in the future. Wanted to share my experience for those interested in purchase Creed fragrances. I found London International Perfumes & Cosmetics to be the cheapest UK based Creed seller in the UK. I was initially a bit hesitant purchasing from them as I had never purchased from them previously, and the perfume I was after costs over £200. After doing some research, I found the very positive reviews they had on Feefo and I decided to purchase from them. I am so happy I did. I choose the standard delivery and the perfume arrived in 3 working days. They also have an expedited delivery service which is supposed to arrive within 2 working days. I ordered a bottle of Creed Aventus 100m yesterday, after I placed the order I received an email saying that the fragrance was not in stock, I called and spoke to a customer representative called Ashley and explained that it was a present for my brothers birthday on Friday, he said that he would prioritise my order and endeavour to get it delivered by Friday. Much to my delight I received a text message from from Royal Mail staring that my fragrance would be delivered by Royal Mail tracking this morning, I’m so pleased with the service and the fragrance. I know that my brother will be very happy on Friday on his birthday. Thank you Ashley for keeping your promise and delivering my fragrance well ahead of time.
