Fab customer service by a lovely lady called Sky, who helped me put together a great selection of products for a friend. She was careful to match my purchases to my friend's likes and dislikes and lifestyle. I was impressed that she kept a keen eye on the tally and made no attempt to sell me more than my budget, the upshot of which is that I did spend a little more (but not by much) and I was very happy with my haul. She even included some little samples for my friend to try and some for me too. Love Lush products and love the friendly, helpful staff.

I visited the store in summer and the girls there were so helpful. Love the vintage scarves and we had a lot of fun in store. I wish push and other stores would have a feature in the buying process to tell the online site if you had been introduced to the product in store as sometimes I am unable to carry the product so purchase online. Keep up the incredible energy and make sure you have plenty of time for your train so you can have fun here

I love Lush stores in general. But my friends and I just stopped in this one on our way home and we were soo spoiled! The staff were so amazing ! They explained so nicely and made great recommendations so perfect for each one of us! We ended up buying products that we are so happy about! and were so generous with by giving us testers to try ! These girls at lush were so so so amazing with me and my doughter they went our of their way to accommodate our weird requests I even got to try one of the facial masks in the shop before I got to buy it. Friendly and knowledgeable assistants helped me to find some treats for my colleagues and advice me about other products. Thank you Fran for the kind gift of the lipstick case and bubble bar - I have since found the shade I was after and am still enjoying the lovely bubble bar in showers :)

Amazing store! Managed to get loads of gifts for an upcoming birthday and I was fully catered for. However, do yourself a favour and get it at the Clapham Junction Lush because the women there are so glorious and friendly that they can literally lift your spirits before you even get home to turn the tap on. I had the best time at LUSH Clapham Junction - they are based at the shopping centre entrance and I wouldn't have seen them if I we're in a rush to catch my train! Alex was so helpful and kind - not pushy at all - very attentive to my needs and did a haircare consultation for me to help me find the right products for my curls! I love them all - the hardest part will be choosing my fave to buy next time I'm there! They are a small shop but seem to have everything stocked that any regular LUSH would. I went in to browse, left with some wonderful samples, a few bathbombs and smelling divine. Thank you to Alex and the team! Great service and what a cute little shop 😊

Went in to grab a few Xmas gifts this afternoon, I was greeted by marjon as soon as I stepped in and she spent time with me to help me pick the best products for myself and family. She was so lovely and I will definitely be back again to purchase more!!

If you’re in the Clapham Junction/Battersea area, a trip to this LUSH store is a must. I popped in to just see if they had one product for dry skin, and I’m so glad I did. The whole team were so helpful and I was given several samples to go home and try before buying the full product to ensure it would definitely work for me. I haven’t experienced anything like this in retail before and it was so refreshing! Truly putting the customer first ahead of pushing sales and income. They were so knowledgeable about the products and even gave me some tips about ingredients to spot in other products so I could tell if they would work for me. I’m so impressed by the team, I’ll definitely be back again soon!

The vibrantly coloured and decorated store with a giddy perfumed concoction of natural products is a paradise for someone who is an eco-warrior. They however don't come cheap and most soap and shampoo bars don't last longer than a week. I prefer their hand creams, face masks (this is my favourite because they are so fresh, you have to keep them in the fridge!!) and the fact that you can return the pots for re-use!! They have added scarves made of recycled materials to their range and they come in delightful colours and materials. I gave bought a couple of them in my recent visit. Would definitely recommend if you don't mind digging a bit deeper into your pockets.... But why not sometimes swap that expensive perfume for something divinely natural and eco-friendly!

I had a bad day but i wanted to buy sth for my friend to say thank u with so i went into this lovely store. I was browsing for a while at the gift boxes but couldn’t find anything i liked when my saviour SKYE came along and offered help. She was so patient and helpful and thanks to her we handpicked a beautiful gift set what she then put into a beautiful scarf i chose(she brought me more options to find what im looking for). I literally never had an experience like this before, it was way more then just a good customer service. She help me put together sth I really feel special and knowing that i will give sth what I personally picked by going through nearly every products in the store, it really warms my heart! I cant wait to give it to my friend and i am so thankful for SKYE to make this happen and make me so happy after a tough day!

I've been using LUSH products for a few years now and my last visit to the one in Clapham was amazing. I literally cannot begin to put into words, how amazing my experience was at the Clapham Junction branch of Lush. And I am so angry... ... at myself by not asking for the names of the wonderful staff that worked there otherwise I would've addressed each member individually In this review. (I'm really sorry!!) They worked on the 13/05/2021 @ 1:00PM so check the rota for that day! And get these people promotions and bonuses and a lifetime of free Lush products because they deserve it! I was about to embark on a long journey back up north to Bradford, and I thought to myself. I've never been to a Lush before and I've got some time to kill so let me have a look around. Immediately after entering the store in Clapham I was greeted by all the staff (literally everyone) and the smiles on their faces (under the masks). It was raining on that day so I needed a bit of happiness. In regards to COVID-19 regulations all were adhered to religiously, not only this I was even asked if I would prefer to use the sink to wash my hands as opposed to the hand sanitizer. Already going the extra mile and I had only just entered the store! As I walked around the store I originally only went in to get a bath bomb but was so overwhelmed by the sheer variation of all the products. One member approached me and asked me what I wanted, and took the time to explain all of their products to me AND what all the ingredients do. I could immediately tell that this person was very knowledgeable and knew her stuff like the back of her hand. To say I was impressed by the knowledge of the staff is an understatement of like my 20 years on this planet. I've never known a group of people to know so much about what they were selling, how they work and what they do down to the texture! And absolutely love their work, I could tell just by how passionately they were speaking of the products! What started at a bath bomb, became hand cream, hair conditioner, bubble bath soap bars, face cream and more. I'd also like to mention I was not pressured into buying these. Not at all! Honestly, I was so impressed about the knowledge the staff had. I was asking questions about my skin and some of the issues I'd been having with my current creams, and I asked what they recommended. And they answered all of my questions in depth. And explained why the product I was considering to buy would be good for my use case and even let me sample them to find my perfect match so I bought it, and I Know my money was well spent. And I can't wait to get home, run myself a bath and try all these new cosmetics! Which by the way are animal cruelty free #notspons I'd also like to add here I'm not being paid I genuinely was that impressed by my experience here. If all that wasn't enough I was even given samples of some products I'd had a look at but wasn't sure of buying so all in all. Yes! Come here the products are just as amazing as the staff that work at Lush Clapham Junction and I will be definitely coming back to this specific store in the future! Also! Any used containers returned to the store contribute 50p off your next shop and if you return 5 you can get a face mask! I know. Even the environment loves this company. They even told me about a Waterstones in Bradford! Which I didn't know about! Definitely made my day better! Really happy with everything and get these people bonuses and promotions!! The shelves were fully stocked with a wide variety of products on the shelves.
