Today I’ve had a magic experience at LUSH Oxford street. I just went to buy my favorite sleepy cream and body scrub and I ended up with other amazing stuff. Mariam and Marta provide me with very professional and knowledgeable service, they explained to me all the ingredients and take special care of me. I felt like I’m in heaven. These amazing ladies deserve to be named. And as a cherry on the top, I made own design at my sleepy cream. Love it, thank you.

I love this store. Renovated. The store spreads over three floors. Includes a bath bomb area on the top floor, and florist on the ground floor with make up counters, and hair and skin products. Large sink so that everyone can wash their hands as they enter the store. They encourage recycling and zero plastic. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable. Many vegan options. It’s a beautiful and well decorated store. The scents of the products are less overwhelmed than previously. Brace yourself for the huge bubblegum pink coloured displays which are based at the store front!

If you're a fan of the brand and want the best selection and immersive brand experience then this place is worth the visit. To avoid crowds, maybe Sunday before 3 PM is the best time. Always welcoming staff who offer either hand sanitizer or new soaps to wash hands with upon entrance. Downstairs has new flower shop, all the soaps, hair products and pre-packed products. downstairs features the spa and upstairs has a shower section with the bath bar and newly opened cafe. Always friendly staff who are very helpful and quick to respond if a product has been sold out or discontinued. They are always up to date on these and giving good advice to customers. I love buying bath products from here. A must-visit if you love all things Lush!

It has been a dream of mine to have a service done at a LUSH spa for the longest time and by chance I FINALLY had my opportunity! I’m from the Midwest in the United States and needless to say there are NO LUSH Spas but there are stores. I fell in love with the products, concepts and ideology and thought that to incorporate those into spa services is genius. My service here at the Oxford St LUSH Spa was everything that I thought it would be and more. The room and music transported me to another world, one where I was scrubbed, massaged and generally comforted (I got the Comforter? Treatment ;-) While having my service I felt like I was in a dream state, relaxed but aware enough to feel and enjoy every moment. The customer service by Amy (my service provider) was excellent. Amy was very gentle with everything, however not too gentle for example I like an aggressive scrub and Amy’s touch was the perfect balance, and same for the massage pressure. Brilliant massive Lush, it has 1 litres bottles of product that I've never seen in any other Lush, and also some exclusive products. The area inside is spacious and easy to maneuver around without getting close. It has 3 floors. Nicely decorated.. Very impressive.

If you're a Lush fan you MUST visit this branch. Three floors! The biggest perfume section I've ever seen in a Lush store, complete with ones I've never even heard of! A florist, and a coffee shop? Sure, why not! I mean this in the best way possible - it looks half like a mad scientist's lab and half like a fairy's cottage kitchen. Friendly, helpful staff with an almost scarily encyclopedic knowledge of their products - complete professionals even on the busiest days (and wow, they can be very busy during peak hours). And every time I've visited the place has been just incredibly clean.

Far less cramped than other stores, the London Flagship is a lovely way to experience their products and staff have lots of expertise and passion. Love the little café too. I know that's the way they are trained but wish the staff weren't so in your face. We know they are there if we have questions, constantly being asked if you need help, albeit in a very friendly way, is really off-putting and overwhelming at times.

Today I had the tailor made with the lovely Valentina. She spoke to me about what my concerns where and we discussed which section she would focus on. I was talk through the entire experience from the products that was going to be used to the length of my treatment. Afterwards my back felt brand new!! The therapist checked that her pressure was good for me which I appreciated. I also had the pleasure of meeting Kaz a lovely sales associate on the ground floor. She kindly checked me in for my appointment and spent time selling to me about my treatment and the lovely array of fragrances Lush had to offer. The entire experience was lovely.

I had the lovely Sonja who gave me such an amazing body massage called Hard Days Night Treatment. The massage combined techniques, stretches and holistic yoga movements to relax and calm my body from all tension. The soundtrack of the Beatles remixes were also a lovely addition that were thoughtfully curated, each song enhanced the experience and also sometimes matched the theme of the treatment I was having next. You are treated so well, spoken to with great kindness and are given some lovely goodies to take away with you. Five star experience would highly recommend!

Generally, Lush shops have outstanding service (I have worked there, so I know how well they train their staff). Sadly, the costumer service at Oxford Street always seems to disappoint.. No one approaches you, staff talks amongst each other and do not engage with costumers. They give no advice and I had to be persistent to get someone to help me last time I was there. However, I love that they have a spa section, café and the store is just amazing! However, for being one of the biggest and most famous Lush shops... the service is not at all what it should be.

I adored my spa treatment today. A stark contrast to the busy streets of London. Shelby was my therapist who was professional, friendly and attentive. I had the tangled hair session as a christmas gift, £40 for 25 minutes. The session was explained to me, the origin described and it was mainly an arm, head and chest massage. Cold stones were used and a menthol balm at the end of the session. No other products were placed on my face or hair. What could have made it better would be allowing online booking rather than via telephone. Also I thought more lush products would have been used in the session.

I came to the Oxford Street Lush to get my massage and had it done my Amy-Anne, herself and the massage was incredible. I got the Good Hour massage and it was delightful, it smelt and felt amazing and was firm but not painful at all. They allow you to choose the massage bar and bag the rest of it for you to take home. They also gave us a cup of tea and biscuits at the end. The whole thing was so calming & would definitely recommend it. We are huge Lush fans already but we had the BEST experience at the Lush Oxford St store. My son is autistic and was having a hard time, I was stressed after a long day and he got upset in the store. Chelsea literally didn’t hesitate to ask him if he’d like to look at the bath bombs with her and kindly let him pick one while I finished my shopping. We really need more people in retail like Chelsea and all of her team (the short haired blonde lady who was at the door was also amazing and offered to sit with him, but I didn’t get her name) It is always noticed when staff go above and beyond. An amazing representation of the LUSH brand. Way more products than I have ever seen in a LUSH store including some I have never heard of before. While I have never experienced anything less than stellar service at a LUSH before, this shop somehow surpassed that level of service. I had the pleasure of working with Sati (sorry if I spelled it wrong) as she took me through a personalized tour of facial cleansing, moisturizing, and why dogs are cooler than cats. We visited lush Oxford street today, I travelled from birmingham and it was one of the main reasons I came to London, and I was so amazed by the shop!! Such a variety of products that they don’t have in my local lush. As we was going upstairs in the lift there was a lovely gentleman, I didn’t get his name but he was quite tall. He asked if we was just visiting and asked if I needed any help, I said I’m looking for the lip scrubs and I picked up the water melon sugar one and he told me it was actually named after Harry styles and I’m a huge Harry styles fan so this made my day!❤️ Gutted I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but he was so so lovely☺️ He was very chatty and asked us why we came to london and I told him I went to see the lion king in the theatre. It’s a Thursday evening and after nearly a week of work all I was craving was a just one moment of relaxation, so I did just that and went for a tailored made massage by Lush spa. Prior to my massage, my masseur Lauren, sat down with me and talked me through my tense pressure points, and explained how she would release them with a shea butter based massage bar and jelly discs. I tend to build a lot of knots and tension in my back and neck, so of course, these were the chosen focal points. Once she began, I was in absolute bliss and one by one my tired aching knots were being released. Laying peacefully, I was listening to the sounds of the sea playing in the background, as the room filled with the sweet aroma and scent of a fizzing sea salt bomb. I love how they tie in all the senses together, giving you a sensual experience. I have never felt so comfortable and relaxed, and I will definitely be booking an appointment for next month. What I loved the most was they do not rush you after your appointment; you can take your time and rest until your ready to leave (within reason). Returning to the restroom I was greeted with rum tea and biscuits! Amazing! Price: ££

Lush has become my go-to store for almost everything personal hygiene related - not only because they are against animal testing and user mostly natural ingredients, but also because they reuse their plastic tubs and bottles and you get freebies for returning their plastic to them! Buy their products, when you have enough to return - you'll get a free product. For now it's a fresh facial mask of your choice (the blueberry one rocks!)

I really love lush products. Having spent the last year or so working towards zero waste I am always happy shopping here. It offers lots of plastic free options, recycled packaging (being able to bring back your old pots to be recycled is the perfect example of circular economy). Visited this place yesterday to buy a couple of different things. I have been regularly using the Seanik shampoo bar for a while now, and this is my favorite shampoo ever. I have been using very expensive shampoos over the years, but the Seanik, though cheap, keeps my hair clean for longer than any other product tried. Yesterday I also wanted to try different face creams and the shop assistant was absolutely great, professional, dedicated and knowledgeable. She spent time explaining things to me and was not just aiming for a quick sell. I can see how Lush is focused on quality in every aspect of what they deliver. Bought the foundation stick in oxford street. Matched my skin tone. I am 26 and have had terrible acne since I was 11. I've tried every remedy and cover up ever made. While 'grease lightening', the tea tree water and the 'mask of magnanimity' coupled with the foundation stick don't make my acne better they make my skin feel cool and clean and cover well. Would appreciate Lush to have more options for packaging free products, the only thing i can see at the moment is the shampoo bars, soaps and massage bars. This Lush is gigantic. It's definitely the biggest Lush store I've ever seen. It's over three floors and has a ton of options to choose from. The staff is also very helpful if you have any questions. The biggest Lush store I have been in so far! They have a very large and varied collection and super friendly staff. Went in here to check out wether they had any different items than in my hometown, and sure enough they did. Already have many of their products at home and yes they are not cheap, but to be honest they last forever. I’v been using two small bottles of showergell for over two years and still not finished. The quality is outstanding, not to mention they use mostly organic and cruelty free ingredients. With this type of store to me it’s important that staff is not pushy, as in some similar stores they can be very much so. But in any Lush store I’ve been in, including this one, staff are nothing but friendly and real and never push anything. This time around I got powder for my feet (well recommended when walking the city) and a conditioner bar. Very happy with both!

The Oxford Street flagship is LOUD - lots of people, and the music is usually turned up quite high - so I can't always bear it. However, mornings as well as the last hour before closing have always done me well. That said, it's also quite spacious and not as crammed as other Lush stores, so it's easier to navigate. They have a good selection of products; pretty much everything is there. As the flagship, this store also offers some exclusives which you won't get anywhere else, or they'll sometimes offer new things before everyone else. Every single member of staff I've spoken to has been absolutely stellar - from showering me in samples to try on my sensitive skin to giving the best advice on shampoo bars (I chose Copperhead after a shop assistant said to try it out and I love it!), they're friendly, knowledgeable and fun. Never been disappointed. Now, if only the music were a bit quieter...

The Lush employees are so kind and helpful! They also offer free skin and hair treatments to introduce customers to products! I had a facial, where I discovered new products to suit my skin. I also love that Lush Oxford Street offers a variety of different sizes of their products, unlike in the states. Overall, I spent a couple hours in this shop and had a fantastic experience! Very busy store on a Saturday (not really a surprise) though there were a lot of helpful staff around so even though it felt crowded I was served very quickly. Lush has a great range of shampoo bars and conditioner bars which are good if you are trying to reduce your plastic consumption. They also sell travel tins for your soap which is really helpful. The staff will give you advice based on your hair type to help you choose the right bar for you.

Lush Oxford is always busy and loud, but head downstairs for a bit more of a relaxed atmosphere. I still like to go there as it’s a really big store, so they usually have a very large selection of products and do not lack of anything. The prices are also slightly lower there, and some products even come in a 1kg format! It sometimes hard to find someone to help you find what you need, but overall the staff is helpful and nice.

Crazy soap shop! The selection of all kinds of crazy soaps is just amazing. The shop is enormous and you cannot help wondering who would need all that soap. But, when I visited the store, they were playing Finesse by Bruno Mars. Now I love this song, I own it myself, however the swearing was not censored, and I had my 3 year old daughter with me - and that little mama repeats everything she hears, so it was a little inappropriate to be playing this at 10am. I’m not gonna make a fuss in store, but one day you might come across a belligerent parent who will lose their rag over something like that. Just something to think about. Two words: RADIO EDIT. This store was everything I wish all Lush stores could be. First off, it’s big, the biggest one in the world. It has 3 floors and so much more to offer than your typical Lush store. Also, there a lot of UK exclusive items and even store exclusives, like the Oxford Street soap. A great perk which won’t surprise the UK across but was greatly appreciated to my American self is the pricing. Since Lush is a British company, nothing has to be imported and so it’s all very cheap. For example, a small container of Ocean Salt back home runs you around $21, but here it’s £8.95 ($11.50-ish) ...quite a considerable difference. I was able to spend a lot more here than I’m able to at home. Overall I highly recommend taking a visit if you’re a Lush addict like me!

I spent 5 seconds looking at a bath bomb and was approached by a bubbly member of staff who asked me if I wanted to see it work. She took the bath bomb and plopped it in a basin in the centre of the shop. She took me through a kind of ritual, describing how the colours fizzing out in the water resembled a starry galaxy. I'm a guy in my 20s and was just looking around; I was never going to buy the bath bomb (and the sales assistant probably knew that), but it goes to show the amazing attitude to customer service in this store. I love LUSH and its products, however, it is a bit annoying that the staff doesn’t let you read-through and try on their goodies at your own pace. LOVE this branch! Easily the best branch of Lush. The staff are lovely and the products are great (vegan AND not tested on animals - woo-hoo!), but that's nothing new for Lush. What sets this branch apart is the space factor. There are three floors and each one is bigger than most of their other branches. I think they've made the best possible use of the space and there are things here that you can't get anywhere else other than on their website, eg. 500g of Ocean Salt. A perfect shopping experience :)

I had the best time yesterday evening at lush Oxford Street thanks to Deveka She explained me my perfect skincare routine to help with my spots and balance my skin then discovered me the make-up line which I absolutely loved! She spent a lot of time going through the benefits of all the different products that would be good for me and showed me how to apply my make-up to make the most of it! I ended up getting a lot of things that I needed and I can't wait to try them all! I just have to say I had the most wonderful experience at lush oxford street yesterday! I work at lush myself and was keen to see some of the new and exclusive hair care products! After only initially coming in for one product the lovely Sarah showed me all of the new range and tried lots of products on me! She kindly gave me a sample of the scalp treatment “calm down” and the new protein shampoo bar “Scilica” (which is amazing btw!). I then had a lovely chat with Bex who told me I could have a tailored try of some of the new products in my hair right then and there at the new hair labs completely free of charge! I had been having a pretty tough day before this so it was lovely to be looked after and treated! I have been to Lush's all over the place and this is by far the best store if only for sheer size alone. One of the biggest complaints about Lush is that they always seem to buy tiny shops and this time they have defied that and gone massive. The entire product range is here with lots of testing stations. While it does get very busy, it is on Oxford Street after all, you don't feel crammed in and can actually shop freely without having to wait to get to products. The best bit is downstairs where they have the treatment rooms. They're beautiful and spacious and are well worth a try.

I love lush, but this shop is too loud, and overpowering. Lots of staff milling about but can you get service at the till? Its takes anyone 10mins to serve you minimum. In the smaller shops you get better customer service generally and at the cash desk. I think no one realises its not just tourists that go there!

I've been a customer at Lush for many years now, this is definitely one of my favourite branches as they have a range of products to buy and they also provide small samples for you to try (do ask if you're unsure). There's three floors; basement (where the spa is located), ground floor and first floor. Recently, my husband and I were visiting the Oxford Street store to exchange some of my black pots for a fresh face mask and we were approached by Pui Ying who happily offered her assistance. She was highly knowledgeable, enthusiastic, engaging and she was very friendly and spoke to us as a friend would - didn't seem pushy at all. She listened to what we were looking for, advised accordingly, provided demos and gave us a few samples to try which were suitable for our skin types and concerns. It was lovely to come into Lush without feeling overwhelmed, she made our Lush experience an enjoyable one. Definitely one of the best customer service I've come across at Lush, I know who to go to whenever I have any questions and advice. If you're ever visiting Lush Oxford Street and need advice or recommendations, ask to speak to Pui Ying as she's an absolute star.

Couldn't find a lot of new exclusives. I usually buy bubble bars and two in one shampoo/conditioner bars but there wasn't a lot of options. Mostly bath bombs now. Prices are also huge now, and the scents aren't as strong as they were, which makes me upset as I've used Lush for years.

Across 3 floors it can tire you out. If you are familiar with Lush products, there are Oxford street exclusives that you will not find anywhere else so it'll take you even more time to go through them all. Staff are always willing to put the customer first, and you will be approached many times, however if you kindly tell them you know what you're doing (like us who have shopped many times before) they'll leave you to it. someone in a previous review complained that they open at 11:30 on a sunday but don't open the tills until until midday. The reason is due to Sunday trading laws in this country. They are open 6.5 hours but legally can only be operating for 6 hours on a Sunday. Great store anyway. Staff can be pushy. I just say I do better shopping when left alone and will ask them if I need help but I admit its a little annoying. Everyones different. Love the products though to the moon and back.
