Walked in this evening feeling a bit run-down and sniffly. The young woman manning the shop was super lovely. She really thought along with me with regard to what would be best for how I was feeling, and was just very kind at a time when I was really needing it. So thank you for your wonderful customer service, and for your advice regarding what to get, and for the little extra you offered my way! Just made a purchase for my two daughters at Lush, some beautifully scented bath bombs and a lip balm each. Had to put this review up as staff at Lush were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. The bath bombs were wrapped individually and labelled and they even put my Daughters names on each package. I was amazed and then I was given a free bath bar. I’ve shopped there before and the staff have always been very good but this was next level! Huge thank you to staff there. I certainly recommend a visit at Lush to anyone reading this.

Brilliant service from Ekin, she was helpful and really lovely to chat to. Recommended new hair treatment so I can start using the lush shampoo/conditioner bars and was kind enough to give me a sample to try. Thank you!!!

Ekin was super lovely, She approached me with such a warm and friendly attitude and was sharing some amazing things about the products I was looking at. Excellent experience here on Friday 08th October 2021 around 6.15pm. Firstly, the lady who served me who has short hair, her customer service was fantastic! I don't know her name or I would have definitely mentioned it on this review. I had to buy a last minute birthday present for my Sister and she provided me with excellent recommendations and recommended outstanding products which really put a smile on my Sister's face! She was very friendly and I could definitely build rapport with her and have a casual conversation. The store is very organised and well stocked. There were loads of gift options and their was plenty of fragrances flying around the whole store. It was an atmospheric and refreshing experience. I personally would recommend the lime bounty body butter. The fragrance is strong and long lasting and after a few uses it had an incredible effect on my skin. It was very smoothing. Overall, I strongly recommend this LUSH branch to you and you certainly won't be disappointed!

Lovely friendly staff. Popped in for a quick grab of something I'd forgotten to pack for travels, got greeted immediately and could already tell she was enthusiastic about the products. Went for something I knew, but got shown a few products and will definitely try some of them another time! Wonderful experience here!

Thanks to the lovely staff....India and Leanne ....when smelling a pot of pink peppermint foot lotion I literally tipped the pot all over myself ..from chin to feet!! What a mess I made, the girls helped clean me and the shop up and the lovely manager offered me a complimentary pot of the lovely product!! Luckily we all saw the funny side....and I walked out of the shop smelling gorgeous!

I’ve always had a great experience with Lush but this store is something else. The staff here make my day every single time and keep me coming back for more. They show genuine care and a willingness to help, no pushing or forceful selling, it’s like chatting to a friend who knows everything about skin / body / hair care. It’s the little things that make the difference and these guys do it perfectly. Real smile, real conversation, genuine care, incredible knowledge and great personality. I wish every store had a Jamie or an Ekin, the world would be a better and nicer place!

I was having a really chaotic day yesterday and I had about half an hour until my coach home. I was walking through the train station and I saw a lush shop out of the corner of my eye and thought that picking up a couple of my favourite self care treats would cheer me up a bit. I came into the lovely little store and was immediately greeted by Ria, who asked me how my day had been. Given that I have the magical mix of BPD and ADHD I couldn't help but overshare about everything that was bothering me (is it really a trip to lush if you don't pour your heart out to the first member of staff that you encounter?) Anyway, long story short, Ria listened to me ramble and although she was a complete stranger, responded how you'd expect a friend to. She was so compassionate, supportive and empowering and I cannot thank her enough. I was served by Chris at the till who was equally as lovely, and random acted me some of my absolute favourite treats (how did you know??) which cheered me up immensely. In a time that has been exhausting for everyone, seeing kindness in action is so important and it's safe to say I left and cried the whole way home. These members of staff absolutely made my day feel so much brighter and I don't doubt that the rest of the team match their energy. I've worked with Lush for years now and this experience really put into perspective how it feels to be on the receiving end of five star customer service, and brought back the magical feeling of being a customer at lush again. Visited the Lush Victoria Station store today and the team were soooo lovely! They really couldn’t do enough! Some of the products I was looking for were only available online but the person assisting me helped me find similar smelling products so I knew what I was purchasing online. Had the best customer service in a long time. A friendly ginger guy offered advice on how to use henna and perhaps because he saw I’m new to it decided to give a whole block plus a few samples for me as a Christmas gift. Made my day and will be shopping with them in the future:)

I went into the Victoria Station Lush store today Friday the 25th May and was assisted by a Robert, I didn't get his last name but I have to say he is the kindest,most thorough,funny and professional shop assistant I have ever come across. I am nearly 5 months pregnant and so slightly emotional at times but as I was leaving I said to his Manager wow what a star and actually got teary eyed as to how lovely he was to me. Last Saturday (15th June) I went into this store the first time, and the girl assisting me made me feel better about myself and my skin in two minutes. Didn't push too hard on selling, but suggested some great products for me to choose from and after a week I already feel my skin got better. I wish I have taken her name, brunette with a pretty peachy eye shadow,I bought the tea totaler soap and the char coal scrub, thank you!

Been using this lush store for years and never had a problem but on my last visit (Feb 2019) i was getting quite annoyed by the level of upselling that i experienced. From perfumes to knot wraps they were trying to sell sell sell. I find it quite distasteful.

Lovely staff. I remember asking for 500g of cream and as they only had it in pots of 250g, they offered to either sell me the two pots together or find a larger pot and put the contents of both pots into there. I chose the latter option. Some might say this is only a little thing, but it meant a lot to me. The size of the shop is decent too. There's room to walk around without bumping into others.

The store team were very helpful and indeed one girl in particular recommended a product for my sick brother ... she even gave me a free sample so he could try .. Hard to locate if you're not a local and come in on a different level. It's essentially "down" and "away" from Buckingham. Or the better option is just ask someone who works in the building -- other vendors, cops, etc. Staff was super friendly and service was very quick and efficient. TRAVELERS: Lush now sells a shampoo bar (I'm sure they have a fancy name for this). They also sell a body wash with no bottle. Do yourself a favor and BUY. The shampoo bar lasts forever, is small, a quality product. I will be taking it on all my travels. The body wash has a decent smell and same story -- lasts forever and no extra bottle, liquids, worrying about spills! I'm planning on chopping my body was bar up into a few pieces and only taking a section with me.

What really attracted me to using this brand is that the cosmetic products are not tested on animals, which I am really having a great respect for and explain why the prices are not that cheap! I love my tinted lip balm and would not change it for nothing! High quality products are never cheap, but you know what you pay for!

The staff really know their stuff, but they lack the personalisation/friendliness that many other LUSH stores offer. I come here often as it's a convenient location for me, but it's not my #1 choice for shopping at LUSH in London.

I really like Lush and the employees are very friendly, but you should bring some time to decide what you want to buy. And if you are waiting for the next train this is not your best option.

The staff at this lush store did more for me than they had to, i entered the store on the verge of tears, (personal reasons I won't get in to) my feet just kind of carried me in the door i wasn't even thinking about where i was going but the staff here really helped me calm down and cheer up a bit, their kindness and hugs got me through the rest of the day, I hope they have a wonderful year. <3
