N.Amazing customer service. Not sure if you have regular schedules, but the two people working around 3:30 last Wednesday were efficient, welcoming and friendly and made the whole experience a breeze and they deserve some praise. Thank you to them!

K. P.Popped in for a little look a couple of weeks ago as I was staying in London celebrating my birthday. I get extremely anxious shopping and especially when going into shops on my own; but the staff were so sweet and welcoming! I was served at the till by the beautiful Emily who was extremely kind, and upon hearing it was my birthday threw in a couple of goodies for me! Such a lovely little branch with the best staff!
B. C.The Wimbledon store has been my favourite for years. The customer service is second to none. They are probably the nicest people you'll ever meet! As soon as you walk in the door I'm always met with such friendly bubbly and helpful assistants, even when they are busy they make you feel like the most important customer!
I suffer from Anxiety and shopping can be very overwhelming for me, but I know when I go to treat myself in Lush, I will be taken care of and i can take my time. I love looking at all the cool products and any questions I have there's always someone ready to give you all the information on it and more. Much more. The only downside to this store is that it's quite small. My absolute favourites are the charcoal toothy tabs, any bath bombs and the coffe scrub. I love this place!

C.Smells nice passing by, which is a good start! Staff are super friendly and incredibly helpful and accommodating. They've often offered to let me try out bath bombs and they're generally chatty, despite how busy it can get inside. Perfect place for gifts -- for your vegan friends, too!
D. R.Jess and the team were super lovely yesterday, I had a really bad day and wasn't well. I was asking about the sleepy shower gel and cream as I don't sleep well at all. I was given samples of both the cream and shower gel and for the first time in I can't remember how long, I not only slept through the night I also woke up feeling refreshed. Even though you were closing you were all so nice and friendly towards me, Thank you so much for being so helpful you all ROCK :)
A. W.I visited Lush in Wimbledon today around 18 to quickly buy a lip scrub. I’ve been welcomed by the staff with a big smile and helped by one of them ( unfortunately I don’t know his name) to choose the right lip scrub. He was really helpful, kind and his costumer service was so on point!! Literally best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Really genuine and polite. Thank you so much
C. L.Went into the store today and was served by the kindest man called David. He took me straight to the product I was looking for and we had a chat about the products and which ones would be good for my hair type. The rest of the staff were smily and ready to help if necessary. Love the products from here and Lush Wimbledon has the best customer service possible.
