Great service! Went there today to buy foundation and Nelly was amazing! (sorry if I misspelled her name) very patient, explained every product and answered all my questions. I have no idea about make up so it was fantastic having her explain everything in such a professional way. Lovely!

I have been visiting the MAC pro store since 2005 (it was originally situated on Foubert's Place). I started learning about make-up from the staff at the store when 'men wearing make-up' was frowned upon. Over the years I've learnt so many techniques and looks. I recently booked in for another lesson and Amy was so helpful in pairing me with a great make-up artist. I always receive great advice and help from the original pro store. Definitely worth a visit and recommend booking up with a make-up artist! I also commend the level of artistry and willingness for MAC to share their craft to customers.

Came to get my favourite, most trusted lip liner in shade spice (the only lip liner I ever wear, the most beautiful shade), and I was having a really bad day and the lady at the counter was so sweet and caring, threw in some free samples, honestly it made my day and helped to calm me down, kindness really does go a long way, someone’s day can be changed and really help someone’s mental health, nicest MAC I’ve been to!

Attended an appointment to do my Christmas party makeup. The lady who I was with was fast and professional and we got to try some things out before deciding on a look. I then knew which products I wanted to keep and use afterwards as well. Got complimented on the makeup as well as may have inspired some other people to get there’s done for next Christmas. The photo with the fluffy hood shows how I looked at the end of the night about 13 hours after the session. Overall was pleased and would definitely do it again.

I am not a big fan of Mac, but visited this store on International lipstick day when they were giving out free lipsticks. I actually loved it. The wait in the queue wasn't long. True to their word, they served every customer with a free lipstick, whoever walked in through the door. Loved the spirit of the staff!! Huge spacious store and beautiful decor!

Couldn't have been more pleased with todays trip to Mac at Carnaby street. Its my mums bday and I wanted to treat her to a new make up bag and contents seen as shes had her old Mac one for over ten years now and its falling apart! Claudia (ops manager) was fantastic, so attentive and patient, from the moment we entered to the moment we left she was amazing, really made my mums day!

I visit this Pro Store EVERY TIME I go to London. Even better now that it has moved slightly and has grown in size!. One of the things I miss about not living in London anymore is that I don't have a MAC Store, or concession anywhere near me... The staff here are so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and talented. I’ve been a customer at several Mac stores and counters across the UK and had my best experience at this location. The artist that assisted me was called Carla I believe (Australian lady) she was extremely helpful and made me feel so comfortable. I spent way more than I intended too but I don’t regret it at all as all the products she recommended to me I have enjoyed experimenting with. Mac’s ethos of “all ages races and sexes” isn’t followed in many of its UK locations but it’s carnarby store does and as a transgender customer I felt valued and respected which was lovely to experience.

Had my make up done here by lovely Dani. I was illl and my skin looked awful and tired, she gave me a fresh new look that not even on the days when I fell amazing I could ever achieve. Really skilled and I bought some good products tested during the makeup session. Loved it

The staff here are great - friendly, fun and helpful and the store is absolutely fantastic. I'm a freelance Make Up Artist myself and in the past, I've visited other MAC stores where I experienced a 'questionable' attitude from staff when mentioning that I am a MAC Pro member. In other cases, the store itself is ... let's just say not particularly great in terms of cleanliness. Theres none of that in the Marlborough Street store!!! Beautiful displays, clean counter tops and great staff!!!

Went into this store today to treat my daughter to a foundation, Dominic served us and he actually provided us with the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. He was funny, chatty, laughed with us and was overall just really bloody lovely. I’d come back to buy something purely to be served by him again!

I had an amazing time at this Mac location. Niedian Biggs helped me today and was wonderful. She was my former study abroad professor at London College of Fashion. She was accommodating, knowledgeable, resourceful, and overall very lovely. All of her recommendations for makeup were spot on. If your looking to buy something or need a recommendation for a product, Niedian is the Mac associate to go to! Also the store is beautiful and lots of products to choose from.

What you would expect from a higher end cosmetics store. Good range of items well laid out (it was very busy inside, but didn't feel overcrowded), friendly helpful staff on hand to assist where necessary and an area dedicated to demonstrating how to use the products as well as getting them correctly applied by an experienced cosmeticist. All in all a good, if not wallet lightening, experience.

Really good makeup store, the prices are what you expect from MAC and the shop assistant are helpful without being overzealous. The range of products displayed is pretty nice. The only disadvantage is that the shop can be really crowded

I’d had a really bad experience at another make up store so I went to the Mac in carmaby street to see if they could fit me to try and sort out the awful make up that was on my face . Ryan the floor manager was as incredible as he looked . Told me to come back in the hour and he would squeeze me in. He was so lovely and just 10/10 whole for costumer experience. He passed me on to Gemma who was also amazing and she managed to perfom a miracle and turn my face around for a fraction of the price . Truly saved my birthday. Couldn’t recommend this store and these two enough. :)

Compared to Selfridges- it is less busy. However, hard to get advice without prior booking. Always has what I need but if I need to ask questions, i go to the MAC in Fenwick on bond street. That one is always quiet.

Great staff, very helpful and full of useful tips and techniques. Sidra (?) was so knowledgeable about contouring and creating a subtle sculpt.
