Nice small beautiful shop, well stocked, neat and clean. I was looking for a certain kind of fragance, but I couldn't decide, so the shop assistant (I think her name is Nash, or Naj) was very friendly, patient, nice, polite and absolutely helpful, she showed me various products until I was happy with the ones I chose. I love Morton brown products specially the shower gel, they are great quality products.👍

I have visited twice in the last two days. The staff are so friendly and attentive and I would highly recommend. The window display is absolutely beautiful and really catches your eye. I had a hand massage and it was so relaxing to relax and have some R & R away from the hustle and bustle. I bought many products and my favourite are the black pepper body wash & body lotion.

One of the greatest fragrances manufacturers, the shop on Regent Street is a pleasure to visit; helpful and professional staff who'd go out of their way to help customers. You can spend a good 30 minutes or more just trying what fragrance works for you,

Nicely presented store with a wide range of Molton Brown products. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful and gift wrap presents beautifully! 2022 Update! I’ve been here twice in recent weeks!! Both times, the customer service was wonderful, and the products excellent as always. I was able to browse and ask questions, with ease. Friendly staff. Made me wash my hands as I went in...So much better than coating hands with greasy sanitiser. Great smelling products. Young girl helped me choose products then package them. Ready for me to whisk off to gift to people straight away. Store is well lit. Easy to find. Full range of their quality products. Me, im a fan. Easy to spend a lot of money there but it's a well designed and everyday luxury product. Indulge yourself. Especially good gift is hand wash in these corona times. Shower gels are amazing smelling. Nobody else has such a wide range of smells whilst being great shower washes in their own right.

The staff were extremely friendly, products range was great, a bit expensive though but worth a try, i bought above £60 and i got 2 free samples (very good size) and the counter i got another perfume for free, packing is great and although I have bought product for someone else but i am going to try the samples and if they were good am coming back.

Beautifully arranged shop where all products can be tested! There are small basins with scrubs and body, hand washes to try. Staff are always very welcoming and friendly encouraging to try products as well as introducing to new collections! My very favourite for winter season is Russian Leather! When weather warms up I indulge into Orange & Bergamot!

Came here with my wife to just browse while shopping in the area. The fragrance in the air just before stepping in the store was inviting and we couldn't resist. The sales persons were so friendly and not pushy at all unlike the ones in the states. We were given many samples along with our purchase and it just tells you that they put time and effort in making sure you walk away very satisfied not just with your purchase but with the whole experience of coming into a Molton Brown store. Please expand and open stores in LA!
