Fantastic customer service from the two ladies serving on 15/07/21 😁 Very patient with helping me and helped me find a fragrance my missus should like, and even offered body lotion on discount. The ladies smiled throughout, cracked jokes and created a positive atmosphere in the store. Will shop here again!

Even if you're not a fan of Molton Brown's slightly too pricey smellies, you can't fail to be charmed by the brilliant customer service her. I was in and out in five minutes; told them what the giftee liked, was recommended some products, watched them be beautifully gift wrapped and even given a few sample-size treats for myself.
