Brilliant brand and glad that it is finally here. My daughter and I were at the launch & I have to say that we both had a very positive experience. Every member of their staff was kind, enthusiastic, ( but not that hyper annoying way) helpful & genuine. For attending the launch today , we both received a scratch card on arrival revealing we had both won some beautiful fake eye lashes & we also received s free gift with our purchases. A chance to have a makeover which you can ask to do in-store where the well qualified & experienced people are more than willing to help you. An excellent store & quality products and without being pretentious.

I went in the other day in a rush. I haven't been to a makeup store for years and with my first time wearing a hijab outside I was VERY uncomfortable... Until (I wish I had asked for a name) one of the staff assisted me with getting lashes and gave me his full attention, tips and makeup advice.. I was so happy I walked in! He has got a special place in my heart for making my day and not looking away for a second even with all my doubts and worries. Thank you so much ❤ definitely coming back soon

Absolutely amazing shop. Their own range is affordable and great quality. Staff were very helpful one of the girls who worked their helped me pick eyelashes she let me know which were the most popular ones which were her favourite and what she thought would suit me best when I told her what i was looking for. Definitely worth a visit if you're near by

Everyone there was lovely. A young man helped me match my skin tone to a foundation, another young man helped me decide between a few palettes, a lovely woman helped me find certain products I couldn’t find, the woman at the till was wonderful and the woman who I spoke to the most was amazing. Had a wonderful chat with her, and she helped me figure out a primer that worked for my skin. She was also extremely helpful with my boyfriend who was intrigued about makeup and worried that he would be judged. She really made him happy when she gave him help with figuring out what makeup would work with psoriasis and asked to see pictures if he decided to try my makeup palette out. Overall wonderful experience and I’m so excited to go back. Special thanks to Molly & the rest of the team for making it a wonderful experience.

The shop was quite low in stock - most core ranges sold out but there had been a HUGE event on the weekend before so I don't mind too much. Thank you to the super helpful gent who served me - I didn't catch his name but he had short, tousled hair.

Love the old regular staff! Came in saturday was served by a new guy older man with awful makeup felt like he thought i wasn’t good enough to shop there not liking it if this is the change after covid how did he even get a job other staff outshine his customer service by miles new man should learn to do eyeshadow and be nice to paying customers

whilst looking at some eye pallets and foundations i noticed a leaflet in the shop which said customers could have some makeup applied by one of the workers, i asked a lovely lady to do my eye makeup. she applied eye shadow mascara and used eye shadow to create an eyeliner look. i wish i had taken a picture to post it was really nice.

Came into the store on a busy saturday after getting mediocre service in kiko and mac, never tried the brand before so wanted to try it out. Lovely girl called Raven ended up helping me with contour and lipglosses, even when I told her I was going to check other shops before buying anything she carried on with the five star service! Did go around and have a look in other makeup stores (inglot, fenty and nars) but received awful service and came straight back to find Raven! Some other lovely staff ended up helping me also two boys one with green hair. Ended up buying twice and spent about £100! Brilliant service for Morphe you've gained a new loyal customer x

One of my favourite makeup stores, I drove about an hour and a half to get here as it’s the closest shop to me. I really wanted the new James Charles pallete so I went down and got it, the staff were very polite and ensured me that I could get the pallete and the brush set as I was driving such a distance.

ordered a palette online and when it came it was damaged due to the shipping company. got in touch with Morphe and they emailed back practically straight away. they've sent me a replacement for free and were extremely kind!!!!

They had a lot.in there, the James Charles and the Jeffree Star brush collection along with a few of his other products. First time I've been in, staff were nice. Everything is well laid out and clear to see.

Love the products - I use their foundation, brushes, concealer, and foundation powder. Products aren’t too pricey but come with great quality. Will come back again for sure.

Affordable according to a friend who loves and knows her makeup. She purchased lots of brushes, and said it is an American company, so usually buys they products online. She was so pleased to see we have one in the UK. The makeup looks good the shop itself is well organised and posh looking. I saw a couple of gay/male youtubers/ influencers own make up brands /collaboration. I don't know much about makeup, but one of the best make-up shops I've seen in London.

lovely staff not condescending or stuck up as you find in some cosmetic stores. have a good range of products and carry items hard to find in the uk such as jaclyn hill and james charles' palletes. large jeffree star collection too. perfect store.

come here a lot and normally have great experience but today i left with nothing because of two lady staff one with pink hair and tall black girl that were very rude on their phones ignoring me and other customers and i could even overhear them talking bad about customers and other staff ! giving 3 stars because other staff there are very nice helpful but morphe these two lady staff will ruin customer experience

Amazing make-up. Nice, friendly staff. Quite pricey but what you'd expect from that kind of brand.

I was lucky to run into a sale on all collabs, but sadly a lot of things were sold out: Suva Beauty Liners, the popular Plouise base shades, the Morphe continious setting mist are only some examples. I asked a member of staff about the difference between the Plouise bases and the paints from the mmmitchell collab which she couldn't answer. I asked what the difference is and why they are more expensive, she said they are more expensive because they are bigger (they are actually smaller) and her colleague couldn't help either. To improve please make sure less things are sold out and your employees know about the products.
