A. G. A.Be warned: this shop is VERY expensive but if you really love Japanese products and Japan in general (like I do), then you will love shopping here!! Staff members are nice, they always let me browse without pushing me to buy anything. Best regards. Luana.
D.A really good selection of beauty products! But I’m leaving 3 stars because of how over priced these items are, maybe a lot of the blame is on me for not researching but this store charges more than double what you can get most of these products for online! I guess it’s their own store so they can charge whatever they want but the mark up is quite ridiculous .
M.There are hundreds of sheet masks which are great the staff are friendly and helpful, but I agree that the prices are almost double the price that you find in store, so I’ll stick to buying just the sheet masks for now.

L. Q.A place where you could get loads of Asian beauty products, people are suggesting to buy online, but why not get yourself treated instantly than to wait for it? Highly recommended to all! The staff are really helpful and polite, and able to solve all your problems and difficulties! Just stop by and get yourself nice beauty treats, you will be surprised and pleased! Even though there are some brands and products that exists in boots and selfridges, but you could find it in store with price lower!

J. W.I love this place! I've read a few reviews here about 'rude staff' being 'biased towards east asian looking people' and i think thats pretty absurd. Every time i've been to P2BUS, the staff have all been very friendly. Two girls who are extremely helpful. Yes the shelves are a little crammed, but these ladies know their products and will help you find what you need. Yes, some of the products are over priced. But to be honest, the prices are everywhere. I got a sheet mask for £1.50...average price....but I also got another one for £5. This isn't the place to go to buy your whose skincare routine, but more for that one item you've seen online that always seems to be sold out, or limited edition collections.

M. M.Really interesting shop choc full of asian beauty and hygiène products. It is a bit small, but the sélection is huge and a bit overwhelming if you don't know what youre looking for. Great for trying out new face masks as there literally buckets of them

H.I came to look around inside the store yesterday and I must say that I'm very happy with the service that I received from one of the sales person that works there, she was helping me around and even did some swatches for me to help me decide with the right shades. her service alone, I would say a 5 and + I really loved her American accent :). But I gave it a 4 due to most products being too overpriced but very glad that they now have a price tags in every items they have. But when people say that this shop is very expensive, they can be but not every products are too expensive, going back there tomorrow to grab a few more products that the sale person recommended me, I don't mind spending a bit more knowing that I'm buying authentic Japanese and Korean brands/products than relying online.

The variety is amazing! You can find makeup, face masks, creams, washes, and tools.
Of course the prices are more than in their original countries but that’s import tax for you, plus factoring in the London rent costs.
Think of it this way: the reason these products are cheap on amazon and discount webmarkets is because they underpay their workers and don’t pay tax!
You’re supporting both the manufacturers and a small high street business.
The staff are really helpful and knowledgeable: they clearly are passionate about beauty!
Will pop in again when I run out of my hada labo lotion and melano cc!

A. M. (.Searched London for a physical shop that sells Korean skincare brands like Cosrx, Neogen... They have a lot of stock and you’ll probably find what you need but it is a lot more expensive than online.
N.All Asian skincare brands you could dream of. Cute staff. Basically heaven. Bring your entire paycheck because this place is expensive.
