Nice shop in a good location easily spotted! Always well stocked with a variety of Afro - Caribbean products. Staff are friendly and helpful. Majority of the prices are competitive however a few are overpriced.

I only usually go in to buy nose studs. And when i do its a quick in n out. If you look at anything in there for longer than 2 seconds they assume you're going to steal it. Always feel uncomfortable in there stores.

This shop has a very wide range of products, the lady who assisted me was very knowledgeable about the wigs, gave great advice. The other shop assistants were really helpful, this is a large store so instead of looking aisle to aisle for my products, I just named it and it was brought to me. Great products, excellent service

I like coming to buy my hair products as they offer a wide selection however I would like to have an attendant with some knowledge over the products.

Staff are helpful or maybe over cautious as they seem to watch thinking you may steal. However, always helpful when you need them.

I love how big the store is and you can find what you are looking for. To be i think it's just the location which is not in the best area. There is alot of competition around as you will find at least another five or six hair stores but this one is the biggest. The prices are responsible depending on what you are looking for. The staff are friendly and there are a few spaces to park you just need to be quick as do get taken quickly if you wanted to park outside. But don't worry as there if a parking area only a few minutes away where you can pay to park.

Shop has become expensive over the years but has all the products you’d need. Well priced artificial lashes are a hit at £1.99 for most some are more and staff are usually polite. You can also pay by card without a charge which is also convenient.

I love the variety of products for black hair and black skin that is available here. Was in there for way more time than I intended - and that happens everytime because of the many options for hair care etc. The staff is friendly and helpful while also being discreet enough to not spoil the shopping experience

My fave black hair chain. It’s tidy, clean, organised and full of options. You may pay a tad more going to Paks compared to other stores, but it’s definitely worth the nice experience and product choice. The staff are always friendly and helpful
