I must say the service is absolutely incredible at PHI clinic. I made an appointment with Jenna several years ago to address my rosacea and broken veins on my face as it was really bothering me. At my consultation Jenna was so incredibly friendly, professional and kind. She made me feel completely at ease and really comfortable, especially considering I usually feel quite self conscious about my skin. I then went on to have a block of sessions of V-beam to target underlying redness and some broken blood vessels. It has 100% been worth it! I had four sessions and the reduction in flushing and overall redness has been life changing. I no longer flush when I’m embarrassed, and I don’t feel the need to cover redness with make up anymore. A big and special shout out to Jenna who has treated me for the last three years and is literally the nicest person ever, is always so helpful and professional at all my sessions and makes me feel so comfortable while I’m having my laser done. I still go back for maintenance sessions now and will continue to do so. Mainly because in addition to helping keep my redness at bay, the V beam (and excel v+) makes my skin so lovely and plump and refreshed about a week later, the procedure makes my face look so good, and it helps with any red marks left over from spots. I also want to mention that I saw Dr Tapan for a consultation at one point because I was interested in having fillers. He was very professional and kind, and in the end he actually suggested that it would not be in my best interest to have fillers for my particular concern. I really really appreciated his professional honesty. In another clinic I’m sure that they would be happy to take my money and do the procedure. The fact that Dr Tapan gave his honest opinion instead of treating me with a procedure that I didn’t really need, shows the clinic always gives honest and professional care with patients at the forefront of what they do. I will continue to attend PHI clinic because their treatments and service is the best I’ve ever encountered. I don’t think I’d trust anyone else with my face apart from Jenna!

This the second time that I have had the benefit of the excellent advice and service that PHI Clinic offers. On recent visit, Dr Tapan totally understood my concerns (ageing face, starting to wrinkle and sag) and treated me with tiny doses of Botox to avoid any look of artificiality. I am thrilled and so grateful for his skill, the outcome is transformational. Yes, it’s not cheap to visit PHI, but it’s worth every penny to feel so much more cheerful and rejuvenated. I had the Total FX CO2 laser treatment on my entire back to modify a number of old acne scars, and three months on, I'm thrilled with the results. Dr Tapan Patel is humble, extremely friendly and teaches you whilst treating you - an attribute that I have not experienced with other doctors. Dr Tapan Patel and S K have both been treating me for Acne and Rosacea using the V Beam Laser and are extremely knowledgeable and experienced medically and practically in the use of various lasers for all types of skin conditions. They both exercise great caution and have achieved phenomenal results on my skin type and I am of Indian origin which is the most fragile and vulnerable skin type susceptible to pigmentation and trauma but they are the only people who have treated me with no adverse reaction or negative side-effects and no down time whatsoever. Extremely beneficial and effective . I was treated by Dr Tapan Patel for Rosacea using the V-beam laser on a once monthly basis for a year and there was no downtime or adverse reaction. He exercised caution since I am of Asian origin and the parameters he used provided maximum efficacy toning down my Erythema substantially with no side - effects. Jodie Retalick treated me for Acne Vulgaris and Cystic Acne on a course of 5 treatments fortnightly using the Acleara laser. It cleared up my nodular acne completely and I do not need to take antibiotics now for the first time in 4 years. She was extremely patient and understanding relieving any apprehensions and explaining to me the theory and science behind the treatment and the correct aftercare. Emma Clarke the receptionist is extremely knowledgeable medically and will explain any fears or apprehensions you may have and is a God send to Phi Clinic. She has answered my phone queries and personal queries in great detail and the patience and calmness she exhibits is a truly positive and remarkable aspect at Phi Clinic

I’ve always been fit and healthy but certain areas of fat I can’t seem to shift with diet or exercise, so after reading an article about PHI Clinic and Sculpsure I booked in for a consultation.I had a thorough assessment upon my first visit, I was informed I would need two treatments of Sculpsure in order to get the best results and also advised to combine it with a course of Exilis for lifting and tightening. This treatment worked perfectly for me as it was very straight forward with no faff. The first few minutes of the treatment takes some getting used to as the machine is heating up but after the initial stage it settled to a comfortable temperature and felt like I had a hot water bottle on the area. I’ve had two treatments of Sculpsure and one Exilis and I’m pleased with the results I can see so far. I look forward to the rest of my treatment and can’t wait to see the finished results!
