First time in this store. I visited to pick up my usual body spray, and was met by the sweetest employee by the name Christina/Kristina. Amazing customer service, she took her time to show me the new products as well as other products that would go well with it. I left with much more than what I went in for and that is solely because of her amazing service. Will definitely be visiting here again next time I need a refill!

Great products best money ever spent for fragrance I use the product in my shop @savoytailors and at my home and does give me great feeling every time by looking at it and smell it. The staff are very helpful and nice especially the pretty manager Ghazal. And my daughter got a mother's day gift and her mom loved it most of my family likes this shop.😊

I was initially planning to buy a gift for a friend from The Body Shop but I took a wrong turn and found myself here instead, which was a happy accident. The staff were really friendly and the products are fantastic and really affordable for the quality, I got a perfectly sized gift boxe (they have several different sizes) and they even wrapped it for me.

I've just moved homes recently and I needed to but some products for the house. Went into the ritual store in London Bridge, its my first time in rituals. I was welcomed by a young chap by the name of hassan and I have to say he was so helpful he advised me on the products, and he introduced me to the men's products which I didn't know rituals did. I ended buying products for the home and for myself. The service I received by hassan was fantastic and definitely the best service I have received in a long time. Thank you Hassan and thank you rituals, you have a customer for life now.

An awesome location, I liked the way they kept the bricks arch. Very polite and attentive staff, I've never felt deranged. Also, the complimentary tea that I've been offered was amazing.

Quality body and home care products such as body lotions, creams, perfumes, basic make up, body splashes, body wash made and sold by a Netherlands based company. In terms of price it is much above as compared to body shop but worth it! Products actually work!
